Staff was professional and polite. Gave some great food place ideas. Room was very tidy. Parking was plentiful. Would recommend and would definitely stay again

Breakfast was good but could of been a little better. Exp. Over cooked biscuits and pancake machine was broke. Had to get staff to let you in the pool area.

We had an amazing stay! The staff was kind, professional, and very helpful. The rooms were clean and well kept- and I love that Dove toiletries were provided. Many people come to Baton Rouge as tourists and the staff was able to provide great recommendations of what we should see, and where we should go. The breakfast was phenomenal! Most of the time a “continental” breakfast is yogurt and some toast, but this Holiday Inn really had a variety, and something different each morning.

The breakfast during the week was amazing. The weekend not so much but it was edible.

When we arrived to our room there were dirty towels left in the shower. There also wasn’t enough towels but that was fixed by going downstairs to retrieve towels. The bottom drawer handle was missing, the curtains were broken and cold not be opened, the tv sensor was just hanging from the tv and was no longer mounted.

The room was clean. The pool was nice. The receptionist was friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was excellent with lots of choice and proper milk for coffee. The best breakfast of our 3 week trip.

The property only had fast food outlets within walking distance. There were no restaurants nearby .

The breakfast was excellent when the guy who work in the kitchen on Fri and Sat he take pride in his work wish I could remember his name and he is very friendly he need a raise. Rooms are very clean and spacious bathrooms clean and all staff was nice. Great location gas stations and restaurants are all around.

The lady who work in the kitchen can't cook she needs some training that's all .

Breakfast selection is up to pre Covid choices. Lots of variety for any appetite. Freshly prepared. The location for visiting family in the area is great.

The key system doesn’t seem to hold even if you are registered for multiple nights. One night we were locked out of our room and no desk clerk on duty. Had to wait for managers arrival to get in. We had to re check in each day. Our room was comfortable and clean. We asked only for clean towels everyday and with it being a holiday our request was not passed on each day. However it was easy to obtain fresh towels. The bathroom (203) could do with some refreshing. It operated fine but the toilet seat is discolored and dirty looking. and it looks like mildew is on part of the ceiling.

The front desk lady for check out didn’t even recognize me there I guess she was too busy doing other things because I was the only one in lobby and she act if I wasn’t there

The King room decor was very impressive and spacious. The breakfast was AMAZING and DELICIOUS! The entire facility was very clean and fresh smelling.

Everything was up to our likings and then some!

Location and comfortable

When I originally booked it stated that I could get a smoking room. Once I arrived they tell me that it’s 100% no smoking. Why are you doing false advertising

This hotel’s free breakfasts was the best I ever had yet! The potatoes were well seasoned and there were a variety of food options to please everyone’s appetites.
