I liked there big rooms and comfortable bed and the sunrise view from the 2nd floor. Also the saltwater-swimming pool is big enough and clean in a relaxing garden setting. Their Breakfast was good, including some seasonal fruits, one fresh fruit juice and good variety of food items and they will prepare a fresh omelet for you if you ask: My Breakfast rating 8 (out of 10). The Personnel, especially the Ladies (sorry I forgot their names) at the reception where always friendly to answer my concerns and give some transportation info's. The Location is okay, but quiet and good access by Jeepney and Taxi to the center.

Not a negative comment, just space for improvements: The Window-type AC is a bit on the louder side but it cools the room fast enough (November season). Unfortunately their shower head has not a good quality (will be easy to fix, to fit the other standards of the Hotel items which a good) but the water is hot fast if someone need's it.

It was a very short stay for us as we arrived around 6pm left 8 am . Having flown into Davao we were hungry and used the restaurant . Food really was excellent , highly recommend the food. Room was big , air con faulty temp gauge but that’s real life it happens and the actual air con worked . I will definately consider this hotel on my next trip to Davao .

I wish I had booked 2 nights and tried out the facilities like the pool but we were being picked up early .

The first mornings breakfast was excellent a la carte, the second morning was buffet and poor by comparison. Evening meal and next day lunch food was very good. Large pool, nice gardens. Very large room and bathroom with plenty of hot water on demand, no hand towels though. Polite staff and all were helpful. Cold mini bar fridge. Good location to the airport.

The staff was friendly, accommodating, and easy to talk to. There was a wide variety of choices for breakfast.

The rooms, although a good size, were a bit dated. The furniture inside the rooms and outdoors around the pool weren't the most comfortable. We spent a bit of time by the pool but didn't stay long due to mosquitoes.

It is quiet and very relaxing despite being at the center of the city. I really love the nature vibe of the place. All the staff were very warm and helpful as well which made our stay so great.

I hope they improve on some of their facilities like a quieter type of air conditioner and a stronger wifi that covers all rooms. Otherwise, it was lovely.

The rooms are very spacious and they provide complete guest kit or toiletries. The staff were so polite and accommodating. Food service team were attentive to the needs of customers. Housekeeping team do their room cleaning regularly even without being asked. Reception team, including the guards, are very courteous & friendly.

I suggest they offer massage or spa services and open up more restaurant outlets within the hotel.

Unexpected gem..Quiet and secluded in a busy city . The ambience and friendliness of the staff made it a 5 star for me.

I like the green environment. The place is quiet and the hotel staff are very friendly. The rooms are spacious and clean. The hotel is also environment-friendly.

Small thing but maybe the hotel should provide two key cards so you don't have to remove the card from the power switch slot everytime you get out of the room.
