Booking, checking in, being left alone (i.e. no cleaners coming in unasked), quiet (no other guests around), comfortable bed, coffee maker with coffee & tea available, accessible unit with a lovely view, gas fireplace, warm, generally clean. The staff person was very pleasant & accommodated several requests. Lovely soaker tub & beautiful towels.

There was no kleenex, would have liked wine glasses & ceramic coffee mugs or more disposable cups, soap to use in the shower &-or tub (tho there was shampoo in the shower which doubled as body soap). It appeared that the vacuuming was not quite top-notch after the previous guests.

I loved the location—it is just two blocks from the lake and one block from the town area. The staff was helpful and easy to talk with. With had two issues where we had to call for help and the help came immediately to solve the problem. This is a quaint older property so don't expect brand new Hilton or even a Marriot. It is comfortable and obviously the owners are trying to upgrade as they can. I would stay there again.

The internet is ridiculously slow and sometimes nonexistent, and this mainly affects the TV. They just got a new TV system; however, it might have been better to leave the smart TV alone and let people use their own Netflix, Apple TV, and Amazon accounts. That being said, we were not there for the TV, but we did want to watch TV at night while we relaxed before going to bed.

Close to Waterton water front. Seasonal walking distance to restaurants and other Waterton Village attractions.

Electrical outlets need replacing in that heavy usb blocks could sag and disconnect. Otherwise very nice accommodations. Waterton National Park is a total gem and way less crowded than Glacier National Park (and Glacier National Park was all that I hoped for).

Rather like this place. Have stayed here before and would do so again. The overall appearance of the place seems a little worn / neglected, but the rooms themselves are clean, comfortable and functional. Just love the town of Waterton which, despite some tattered edges, is a joy to behold.

Could use some more signage to help provide better directions to each individual room. The exterior of the property could benefit from some tidying up but winters are long and hard here so that understandably takes a toll on the place.

The Room was very well kept, Beds were incredibly soft with probably the whitest sheets I've ever come across. Very Quiet place and most relaxing sleep we ever had. Bathroom was well equipped, towels and soaps with all other main conveniences. Hot water on demand was incredible, with a good balance of cold when needed on the hot days. If room needs turning over and fresh towels etc. Just leave the maid service sign on the door. Location was a step away from all the amenities, and a 2 minute walk to the lake. The Food at Vinny's was very good, Tried 6 overall dishes and appetizers and enjoyed all of them. Thanks for a great 4 days

The service at Vinny's Restaurant and Bar was pretty awesome overall, But one girl kept wandering off and we waited about 15 minutes to pay after she collected the dishes one night.

The pillows were terrible. There should have been a mix of soft and firm pillows.

The staff at the desk seemed to have lost the second key to our room. This did not make us feel secure thinking that someone else may have access to our room! The checkin paper work seemed to have been lost?

The room was on ground level. Good amount of parking. In the middle of town/park. Full sized refrigerator.

The curtains didn’t cover the window. The cushions on love seat need to be replaced. The refrigerator had some food stains left by previous occupants.

Loved the room

It wasn’t the property. The room was excellent. It was the loud talking/commotion of a family (beneath us) at 6:30 on Sunday morning that was so disappointing/disturbing. There should be signs everywhere that quiet time extends to at least 8 am on weekends.

The location was great close to everything and walkable. Bed was comfortable and the bathroom was updated with a nice soaker tub.

It was pretty dated and the door to our room was hard to open and close due to a broken part. Unfortunately the pool and hot tub were closed.

I was expecting the lodge to be a bit overpriced for what we paid, but was pleasantly surprised at how nice the accommodations were. The room looked like it had been recently remodeled, and I was very pleased with our stay. Great water pressure for the shower, comfortable beds, plenty of towels and a nice little balcony. The restaurant was actually a good value for the money, too, and since we were guests of the lodge, we also got 10% off our meals.

The recreation center, pool & sauna were all closed because they were being redone.
