The breakfast was generous but basic as it was not cooked. The staff were friendly, professional and helpful. The manager was also professional, prompt and flexible. He also spoke English fluently which is a huge bonus😊the hotel is close to amenities such as pharmacy and a lovely well stocked and reasonably priced supermarket compared to others I have been in locally. The security was observant and did his due diligence.

The plastic pillow protective cover was noisy and disturbed my sleep, a material one would be better. The hallways carpet although not stained could be shampooed or even tiled for better maintenance.

The rate was fair The rooms are spacious and I was even upgraded to an even bigger room. I loved that very much! Thanks to the manager

Our Uber driver got lost despite the fact that our driver was using google maps. Maybe it would help if the RESIDENCE SYCOMORE 1 would set up google my business. This can help with location management

The staff was very nice, helpful et responsive to my request, breakfast was well presented and my studio was always clean.

The AC was a bit louder and wasn’t producing enough cold air, the AC unit might need some maintenance.

I loved everything about this apartment. The staff team and manger were all expectational in their service. You could sense their willingness to work and also do everything within their power to meet their guests every needs. When you had an issue they would make sure to take care of it as soon as possible and fix the issues. They were very informative which I really appreciated as they made myself and my victors feel comfortable. I really appreciated how well they initiated safety for their guest. it made me feel extra comfortable to go out or come back late as we didnt have to worry about our safety as much as if their was no security precaution at the door. the staff seemed to be very friendly, attentive, patient and well coming as their Manger who had all these characteristic. Their service did not end the day I left the apartment, even when I left the country they took their time to contact me regarding a package I was awaiting to be delivered. the apartment was very beautiful and clean daily unless we requested against. I ended up booking another apartment for my sister which also presented the same positivity. we really enjoyed our stay. Merciiiiiii

I like the breakfast, the baguette, fruit and croissants were very fresh!

The wifi kicks in and out but overall it was OK.

It's the comfort of the rooms, very spacious, and it feels like home.

The AC in the living room was not really working. Otherwise, it was great.
