Good equipped studio style room, with fridge, microwave, coffee maker and kettle. Comfortable beds and personal sauna is a top pick. Nice restaurant with pleasant atmosphere and friendly staff. The place for bike storage is also quite big with electric plug to charge ebike. Very tasty pancakes for breakfast, and in general good selection of meal, almost.

Breakfast is a full but feels a bit lacking something, maybe because there was scrambled eggs and only small sausages to accompany them (you know those, cheap one which tasted like cardboard). Why no bacon? Usually scrambles eggs go with bacon or at least beans in sause. But those sausages... we did not like them. TV in the room had no smart TV, or at least we did not figure out how to access it.

We had a room with sauna and balcony. It was a very nice, comfortable and clean room with quite good equipment especially in the kitchen. Staff was very friendly and breakfast good. We were there in the summer season so it was very quiet, compared to the other side of the village.

Balcony was not matching the room at all. While the room was very clean, balcony was absolutely opposite. It was very, very dirty with cigarette leftovers all around the balcony. After cleaning it by ourselves it was so we were able to enjoy it after sauna,

Clean modern and spacious room with sauna. Very quiet hotel. Great food at the Camper restaurant and friendly personnel. Online check in is very convenient. We got our room prior to check in time without any difficulty. Perfect for ski-inn/ski-out. Just by the gondola to reach Ruka Village.

All great with the hotel. Unfortunately many restaurants and even the grocery market are closed until November which gives a bit the feeling of a ghost city, The pedestrian ticket on the gondola costs 13€ per person for a return ticket. Very expensive just to reach the other side of Ruka ski resort.

The room was nice and cosy. We travel seldom and feel uncertain in new hotels (how to use all the facilities). This hotel was "easy".

The instructions for sauna: I read them too late. (They could be with bigger letters.) The room got too warm because of keeping the bathroom door open. One of us uses a very low pillow. I could have asked for that in advance, but I did'nt.

Lovely accommodation, quiet at night and close to the ski runs and lesson meeting point. Clean room, usable kitchen with overnight, hotpots and microwave. Close to a K mart and camp restaurant below was really convenient.

Very clean and tidy room with all the required facilities. No need to check-in or check-out at reception. Nice that check-out time is 12:00

A hob would've been a bonus in the room. There was a microwave however.

This hotel is so amazing! I would say is perfect, near the ski lift, hotel room is so clean and specious. The staff also is quite nice and friendly!!! Everyday wake up could see the beautiful snow views, and they own separate ski locker, it’s easy to save your rental equipment overnight, very convenient. The breakfast also very tasty! I spent a really lovely holiday there!

Great location at the bottom of the ski fields. Sauna was really nice and a very clean room. Was great having the drying rack for ski clothes after a day on the slopes

Wifi was not working very well. We tried to go to the restaurant downstairs but they were always booked

The accommodation is really nice, just in front of the ski lifts. Good breakfast, comfortable room.

The sauna was not heating as expected.

We stayed at the hotel for the 2nd time. Great room and location for a trip to ruka.

We had an upgrade tona deluxe room with a bathtub. In hindsight i would prefer the superior room as it has a shower and the bathtub installation could be better.
