The children loved the pool, the family room was spacious and it was competitively priced for the area. There area is lovely and there is ample parking.

We waited for so long for our food in O’Leary’s that we didn’t return. The food was nice but we waited with children for over an hour. During 6 nights, the room was never cleaned which we are not used to. Also, since leaving we have been trying to contact them regarding lost property but we have not managed to get through.

I had read the reviews and they were not very positive, so I went with rather low expectations, there were not many other accommodation options in the area. When we arrived, we were already charmed by the hotel from the outside - a nice low building that fit into the surroundings, the interior design was in a lovely mountain hut style, which left a close to nature and cozy impression. Yes, the parquet and the furniture in the room were a little worn, but we took this hotel more as a "ski base" than a luxurious stopover, so there are no complaints. The only thing that bothered us were the gaming machines in the corridor, they were quite close to our room and the visitors played them very loudly, but luckily the noise was not much heard from our room. There are cross-country ski tracks right next to the hotel, the hotel room was large and comfortable, with cozy lighting, the shower had good pressure and pleasantly hot water - everything worked well! Unfortunately, we didn't get to try the spa, because it was just closed when we arrived, but looking in to the window, there were plenty of opportunities to enjoy the jacuzzi. Separately, I would point out the excellent breakfast - a very wide selection, very tasty dishes and very much taken into account for food intolerances, excellent!

The room is well clean and huge. The staff is helpful. The chicken wings is excellent. The breakfast has several choices.

It would be better if the hotel provide the amenity kit/ bar at pool area/ more indoor activities. We got aparking by luck because of someone was leaving.

Our room was spacious,clean with nice views and a large sauna. The kids and adults loved using the pool in the evening.

Not enough vegetarian hot food options for breakfast. Mushrooms, hash browns,baked beans etc.

The hotel is perfectly located a little out of Kuusamo town. Good cross-country skiing tracks that are constantly maintained. Very good breakfast and the best coffee I have drunk in any Finnish hotels. Snowshoes for hire and not expensive. Good that you can use the spa even more than once a day (provided that you buy that type of room). Car rental is available at the airport that is some 6 km-s from the hotel.

We got a room with two beds and they were not attached to each other which is not a perfect solution for a couple. The spa is good, we especially liked the steam bath. The only thing we missed there was a hot jacuzzi, the hottest water is just 32 degrees. Bring your own skis! There is a ski hire at the hotel with strange opening hours, from 10 to 14. You can hire skis for 2 hours for 20 euros, it is approximately the price of one ski bag by plane in one direction.

We liked the spa and the hotel area. There were lots of activities to do.

Our hotel room was a bit worn out, half of the shower sliding door was missing.

Everything! Cosy atmosphere, great spa, nice restaurant with delicious food. Hope I’ll have a chance to stay there another time :)

The range of food at breakfast was a little bit small. Hoped to drink cappuccino but there was no coffee machine, and also there was only two types of cereals, unfortunately. But still very good!

the SPA is gorgeous and the facilities are excellent. beautiful environment.

the room hasn’t been cleaned as we wished. the room was dirty even after we asked cleaning service.

As the hotel doesn't have an AC the room was very hot because it had been really hot week in Lapland

Hotel is big and there is restaurant and a food shop 14 hours a day. Beeakfast various and good.

Rooms are expensive and for that price spa should be included.
