The “homelike” atmosphere and the unbelievable staff! They really paid attention to your needs and were friendly in a natural way. The sauna and the ice swimming were the perfect topping! The restaurant area with live fire and comfy lounge chairs were perfect for enjoying an after ski drink. The menu and the quality of food were excellent - we had dinner at the restaurant every night - no need to go elsewhere! The chef was very friendly and explained his methods if you were interested. The cross country tracks as well as the slopes are right outside the door.

If you’re after luxury rooms, you might feel disappointed. I use the room for resting and sleeping so all good but not luxurious by standard.

Good breakfast with an amasing view. The staff in the hotel/restaurant are all brilliant, very friendly and helpful. Nice cosy area in the restaurant where you can have the firewood burning to keep you warm. The hotel is located in the quiet side of the area but easy walk to the main area. It is beside the frozen lake and good spot for catching auroras which we manage to see on two occasions. We requested for an early check inn which we have managed to do so. Reindeer steak is to die for. Me and my partner had the best time staying here and will for sure come back.

Staff was super friendly, especially Laura who gave us recommendations for sights and restaurants and also wine and food in the restaurant. Due to our slightly complicated booming setup, 3 different bookings over a week, we thought we were gonna have to move around, but the blond guy in receptions sorted us out so we had 1 room for the whole time. Food in restaurant was excellent, especially the peppered reindeer steak. The Sauna was fantastic as well, and a proper ice pool to dip in! Crazy good Showers.

Didnt have UNO, no toaster for bread at breakfast. We had 2 twinbeds together rather than a double.

Everything was great, comfy beds, nice room, great view, great staff, good breakfast, nice amenities and sauna, dipping in the lake in winter, fireplace in the main room, etc

People voices could be heard conducted by the vents. Hopefully this was a quiet hotel so we weren't too annoyed in the evening.

Very accommodating staff, high quality premisses and furniture (beds were very comfy, loved to have several pillows and sizes!), situation on the lake and close to main restaurants/ski pistes is perfect.

Noise of talking people was clearly carried through the vent. But the hotel was quiet overall.

I like how it’s super clean and it has sauna and cold plunge pool right within the hotel. Ski in and ski out, there’s a t-bar right outside so super easy to get to the slopes.

Beautiful location by the lake. Great sauna and winter swimming spot. Friendly staff. Clean. Good breakfast buffet.

Bit far to carry downhill equipment to the lifts. Room was average, slightly outdated and bad pillows.

Lovely cottages on the lakeshore. The room is quite spacious, and the indoor temperature is pleasant. The breakfast is decent, with various options to choose from, including gluten-free and lactose-free. There's also an opportunity to visit the sauna.

The check-in time could be a bit earlier.

Beds were comfortable. Our window was facing the north and the frozen lake and we saw the northern lights from the window without going outside in cold.

When we arrived, the room was quite cold and we had to turn on the electric heater in the room for sometime.
