Family-run hotel, who were all very welcoming and lovely. Solid breakfast and restaurant for lunch / dinner. Menu options tend to be on the "richer" side of the food spectrum.

Rooms could do with an upgrade as they're fairly dated and the hotel is quite noisy (busy street + not very soundproof). You need a car to get around (i.e. to the lifts) as the bus doesn't run very frequently.

Nice friendly family hotel. Super clean. In the first floor you can find nice lobby with fireplace there you can taste glass of Dolcetto, Barbera or even Barolo. 10-15 min. with car to Limone Piemontre center or ski lift Maneggio (this good for kids or beginners), 5-10 min. walk from Maneggio to Severino Bottero gondola to advanced level.

sound between room are little bad, but after skiing there was no problem with sleep.

The room was charming, cozy, and impeccably clean. Common areas are gorgeous, with uninterrupted views of forest and the snow-covered mountains - so cozy with all the wood and beautiful lighting. The staff went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help us with our logistics issues (our fault, not theirs). All staff we met from the owners to the cleaning staff were absolutely adorable. Breakfast is lovely, with a little something for everyone and served in the restaurant with, again, the incredible views.

We loved EVERYTHING about the hotel, and even regretted that we didn't book a dinner reservation there. What other travelers, especially with families, should know is that this place is not easily accessible if you don't have your own transportation. We came by train to Limone, then had to get a bus (not a navette, which I misunderstood) to get to the hotel. The bus doesn't run constantly. The hotel is closer to the 1400 area of Limone, but you would still need a car or a short taxi ride to get up there. It's quite a nuisance if you don't have your own means of transport, but not impossible to manage, and again, the staff were ever so helpful and sweet. We would DEFINITELY return to this hotel, but with our own car the next time.

Staff very warm welcome and dinner/breakfast was exceptional. Great place to have a stop in travelling. The garage for our motorbikes was large and clean.

The staff was friendly and attentive, we thoroughly enjoyed the spa and it was 5 min away from the pistes! The restaurant was excellent!

nothing in particular as the rooms weren't as modern as the rest of the hotel but I'm sure the hotel has plans to renovate them too!

Very friendly and helpfull staff. The hotel restaurant serves high quality food. The hotel is a nice starting point for walks in the mountains.

If you are seeking absolute peace and quiet in the mountains, this is not your ideal hotel. It's right beside the main road between France and Italy with quite a lot of traffic.

The owners were very friendly and even offered us a lift to the town nearby because their restaurant was closed and we were there with our bycicles. Thank you again!
