Originally booked a room with balcony and bathtub overlooking the water. Partner is sensitive to mould, unfortunately the bathroom shutters and grout had black mould. This was reported to staff and we were swiftly offered an alternative room (complimentary upgrade). Turned out better for us as we were able to cook and use the kitchen facilities in the upgraded room. Very grateful to the staff. We received a full loaf of bread, jams, granola and milk for our breakfast. I received a message prior check-in to advise there was a shortage of eggs. We celebrated my partner's bday and he received a lovely gift of Tasman Salt. Dinner at the Homestead was good

We were away with friends for our 33rd wedding anniversary and the restaurant set menu option was a spectacular choice. Food, service and atmosphere were all perfect. Beautiful accommodation and setting. The Luna units are very spacious and well fitted out except for no air con. Very close to Milton and Devils corner wineries

No air con unit in the whole accommodation which made the warm weather difficult to manage at night as no fly screens on living room or bedroom sliding door either. one of the reasons for booking was the pool but it isn't heated. Lovely beach close by but I have some mobility issues so not an option for me. Beautiful and quiet.

The whole place is very spacious and very beautiful. My family and I got the 3 BR villa and it was spectacular. The host was very responsive even when I had issues at night, they provided all the amenities we needed (and all the stuff was top quality too!). The ocean view was beautiful, staying there was peaceful and nice! Only 1 hour drive to Freycinet.

Although all the facilities and amenities were amazing, just a shame that some of the lights and stove wasn't working at the time of our stay but otherwise love the stay! Since we stayed during the summer it got quite hot in the rooms at night without AC!

Gorgeous location, lovely pool and beautiful restaurant in a French provincial farmhouse feel overlooking swansea's seaside setting. We had a great feeling about this place from the moment we drove through the smart looking gates and long good looking driveway. It did not disappoint, stayed 2 nights. Short driving distance to swansea town if you need to leave resort.

Very minor observation, you won't enjoy any sea views while you're soaking in bathtub, only when you stand to get out. We prefer showers anyway.

It is a very cute little cottage with a very well-facilitated kitchen. Very cozy. The environment is absolutely beautiful, and the restaurant is delicious.

Missing hooks/rails at the shower/in the bathroom so we could hang our bath towels after the shower. Missing fan/ceiling fan to increase circulation of air in the room. Since the room does not have air-con, when the windows are opened, the door will shut itself if we leave it open, which will cut our air circulation. And we cannot leave the door open as the flyscreen cannot be locked. Bugs could easily come in.

We used this as a base to explore the area and Freycinet. It was a very relaxing place. Convenient to Freycinet, Maria Island, wineries, etc. The staff were very helpful in suggesting places to visit and activities. The grounds and gardens are lovely. You can use all facilities including tennis, pool, kayaking. Unfortunately it was too windy when we were there to use the kayaks. The food at the Homestead restaurant was really delicious. We’d recommend staying here.

Absolutely wonderful. What an idyllic setting for our stay in Freycinet. If you want views of Freycinet, Piermonts is for you. It has a variety of accommodation options, private beaches and amazing views. The people on reception are very welcoming, the rooms were well heated, and in-room pasta meal was delicious.

This has to be one of the most beautiful places I have every stayed: awesome. We had an old-style cottage looking out over the sea, where I could happily have lived for longer! Gorgeous rooms and just enough facilities to cater for yourself from great local produce (including a hotel larder). It's a real privilege to stay here and enjoy the facilities, including walking on your private beach with no one else for miles. The welcome - after a stressful drive! - was exceptional. The Homestead restaurant is equally brilliant where G and P (and team) ensured that we had two fantastic evenings of food and wine. They were effortlessly hospitable and made each evening a joy. Congrats to the chef(s) for two wonderful meals.

Warm welcoming reception and the view was amazing. Huge room with French doors and peaceful colour with high warm wooden ceiling. Spa bath luxurious with lux products. Loved the beach walks on private quiet beach. Perfect adult get away

Wished we could get the car closer to cottage for unloading luggage. Vaket/help or offer with luggage would have made our stay more enjoyable.. Stone pathway made it hard to wheel suitcases along. Breakfast was a little disappointing, bread very dry and boiled eggs grey. Luckily the orange juice was fresh, granola was delish and the ham very good quality (although not the advertised smoked salmon)

The suite was lovely, the room was large and airy, as was the bathroom and the spa was great. Towels and amenities were of good quality.

We booked dinner at the Homestead restaurant on the first night. I was advised of the cost of $115 per person in the confirmation email but not the menu. The chef crafts the menu for each day. I was disappointed that there was no alternative to the main course which was steak. The restaurant should check on the guests' dietary requirements when confirming the booking. The entree and dessert were delicious. The venue and views from the restaurant are great. We would prefer to have breakfast included in the rate, rather than just the first morning.
