Serene location , very close to the Mosel and a good base to hike and check out the cities of Cochem and Trier . The almost in house facilities are really good the . Checking in was a breeze so was checking out the next day . We stayed in the bigger chalet 3 while it had enough space and comfortable beds for 6 people the place was not clean we found dog hair on the beds and blankets . The facility is also in need for some TLC as there a nasty stench in the bathroom which refused to disappear even after having left the bathroom windows open over night .While we did stay the night this is not a place I would put up my family and friends for more than that duration . This is pity as the property is uniquely located and had the facilities been better kept and cleaned I would have loved to come back and stay longer !!! The Rodelbahn Triolago is a must try and the only reason I will consider going back to this property

1. Property definitely can be keep more clean , this is a basic expectation irrespective of the price of the room 2. The breakfast is minimalistic at best and definitely not worth the price charged , unfortunately this is the only meal we would have here , as we were informed that it was not possible to have dinner as they were booked out 3. There is no way to contact the reception other than to go there physically and then only to see and empty front desk

The view is amazing and very relaxing. We really enjoyed it and it's a small playground for kids too.

There were 2 things we didn't like , the first one was the noise some guys celebrate till 22:30 very loud till we call reception and the second one was a list written in Deutsch ( we don't know how to read) and the lady from reception sent us back to take off all the bedding and towels, she said was wrote on the paper as a guest rule. Besides that everything was good.

Relaxed atmosphere with very friendly staff, Bahzat was particularly welcoming and a great help with our poor German, even taking the time to work through the restaurant menu with us. All the staff were friendly and the chefs singing as he cooked was very entertaining. View from the room was very nice, could just see the Mosel. Food in the restaurant was lovely, portions were very generous and both the wine and beer was delicious. Room was comfortable bed was enormous and the bathroom had an excellent shower. All was very clean.

The restaurant isn't open on Mondays, this wasn't mentioned anywhere and nearly caught us out. The website has been updated since our stay to clarify this.

Very good welcome. Very good evening meal and breakfast. An outside terrace to have a meal and or drink in good weather. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The hotel is close to vineyards and the Moselle for walking. Car parking was easy. The room was large, clean and very comfortable.

Location in a green place near the lake and river, with lots of leisure facilities close by. Friendly staff, spacious rooms with balcony, restaurant downstairs had good food for reasonable prices.

The bed was a little on the hard side, but this is of course a personal preference.

This is not the first time we are staying at the motel and, as always, everything was perfect. Great service, picturesque surroundings, comfortable facilities.

Plenty of space, beds. Shower was fabulous! It was nice that there was a full fridge/freezer and the kitchen was stocked with dishes. Location was also really close to town so we ran to a bakery and grabbed yummy food.

Everything was great, we got there late so we didn't meet anyone so it was a little weird that way. Also one of the toilets was broken when we got there.

it was very quiet and the rooms were big and comfortable The staff was marvellous The coffee machine at breakfast produced astonishing good cappuccino. with real milk foam

the breakfast was very standard continental and not much suited for vegans or vegetarians

We booked this hotel as it was on the route home, planned a one night stay. The hotel turned out to be a little gem, very friendly staff and a large room with balcony. Parking was easy and the restaurant also turned out to be a very pleasant surprise. Lovely views of the Mosel from the front of the hotel. We enjoyed it so much we're returning later in the year for a longer stay.

Nothing really, it exceeded our expectations.

Room was modern and spacious, bed very comfortable. Restaurant served good, inexpensive meals.

Breakfast OK but there could have been a little more variety.
