The room is clean and comfortable. The car park has additional charge but safe with boom gate, we get a code to access as many times as we wish. The location is great, we has a 3 years old could walk everywhere, remember to bring the trolley though. To Porta Nigra only 20 minutes walk, from there we walked as a loop to visit other sites too. If anyone wants a "Brotchen" and some fruits on the go, Rewe is also next to it (3 minutes walk). Staff is great, and helpful. They speak perfect English. No need to stop at reception to check out.

The window is opened to the road so it would be noisy to have it opened. But it is quiet to keep it closed. The room had a little smell, I couldn't pin point what it was, but got used to it after 2 mins (I told myself to live with it :)) Price is a little high compared with the facilities it offered and compared with accommodation in Strasbourg in early August

The hotel was next to the main railway station in Trier but this did not detract from the experience. The room was clean & perfectly adequate for 1 nights stay passing through Trier. It was within walking distance of the city centre & provided a secure parking space for our car (which we had to pay extra for which is a shame). We didn't have breakfast so unable to comment on this. Reception staff polite & helpful.l

This was a brilliant little hotel! Clean, comfortable, air conditioned room - the bunk beds for the kids were a great addition too and highly appreciated! The shower and bathroom was good too, and it was so quiet! We were on the top floor which may have helped, but we didn’t hear anything from the other guests and slept very well. Parking was secure and there was plenty of it. Can’t comment on the restaurant as we didn’t eat there. Reception guy was friendly- only complaint was his handwriting for the carpark and room codes was tricky to read (and not just for us - someone else was struggling to get into the carpark!) 😂 Location was in our opinion excellent. Yes - it was a 15-20 minute stroll from the hotel to the town centre but it was flat all the way, and took us straight past the Constantine Basilica and into Haupmarket. Would gladly stay here again.

Great with air conditioning as the weather was hot! Cheap overnight parking right outside. Great with coathangers (hooks) right inside the door - a rarity! The effective number of TV channels in languages other than German was a bit limited.

The room was a bit small, but we had packed light, so for us it worked. It would have been good with as many hangers in the bathroom as there were towels.

The combination locks to get into the room were great. The beds were comfortable. The air conditioning and fan in the bathroom were very efficient. The room was a good size

The fact that I opened my window ( we were at the front of the building) and the smoke from smokers would come in the window so I had to close it again. More toilet paper, ours ran out. If you are walking, it is a fair distance from any of the touristy destinations.

Super clean. Newly renovated and modern shared facilities. 1 toilet on ground floor, 1 bathroom+toilet on 1st floor and 1 bathroom +toilet on 2nd floor. Fully equipped kitchen. Big room. Plainty of paid public parking space.

Location is right under the flying path. Constant aircraft noise night and day. Pillows are super flat. The mattress is quite thin.

Good location, we were able to walk to all touristic attractions. Svenia at reception was very helpful, she took time in explaining us where to go and what to see in terms of attractions in city. Breakfast was superb and for dinner, you will have couple of food outlets right across the street from hotel. For those bringing their cars, ample space available to park.

The receptionist was very kind and helpful. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location was also excellent, with the city center just a short and easy walk away.

When we went for breakfast, the coffee machine wasn't working initially, but the issue was quickly resolved after we informed the staff. Additionally, some food options had already run out.

The hotel is located near the city centre, but access to the city centre and its most important places is difficult across from the train station. Fortunately, Trier is small and getting to these places is relatively easy. Interestingly, the station has only one exit facing the centre. I met the B&B chain in Göttingen. There, the location is more favourable, and besides, parking there is free, here it costs 6 Euro. In addition, in Göttingen, if you went to the parking lot at the back of the hotel, you could go back the same way, and here you have to go back a longer course, from the front of the building through the reception. The rooms in the B&B are small but sufficient for a short stay, even for three people in one. It's clean and quiet. Trains, even at night, are practically inaudible. The traffic is also minimal.

In B&B, there are only two seats in a triple room, but since the space is tiny, the 3rd person sits on the bed. You can hear the noise of closing doors of other rooms a bit, but this is a common feature of all hotels of this type with such heavy doors and automatic closing mechanisms.

not too far from city centre, 15 minute walk. Ample car parking hotel was clean and well laid out. Staff were helpful.

Parking was very open to the road, we were on bikes which was important for secure parking which was not the case for us. but ok for cars. beds were on the narrow side and the WiFi was very poor.
