Proximity to Historical Highlight’s. Hotel is easy to find. Close to very good eateries including Ms Lian, 2 doors up the road. Very welcoming staff, friendly and happy to help. Rooms are a good size, and very clean. There are 2 things that I think the Hotel needs to address. Access to Wifi in the rooms, not just the lobby. Providing fans or installing air conditioning for very hot nights over summer.

Breakfast was so lovely, best have had for ages plus staff so engaging, keen to help. Immaculate bedroom room with great decor. Hotel was perfectly situated for our purposes - walking distance of all the tourist attractions we wanted to see plus walking distance of arrival coach and departure train station.

Everything was great. The room was even bigger than it appears on phoros and perfectly clean. Great breakfast. Just few minutes walk to the main attractions. Parking slot is right at the entrance to the hotel. Though located on the main street, very quiet at night. We really enjoyed our stay! Thanks a lot!

The Location was close to the Porta Nigra and the old town and easy to get to by car. Many restaurants and attractions were within easy walking distance. Parking was easy and a reasonable price. Breakfast was excellent and worth the extra price, especially on a Sunday when not much else is open.

The internet set up was poorly communicated. There are routers on each floor, the lobby, and breakfast room. You have to connect to each separately, but with the same password. Once connected, the range of the router was not great.

Checkin was very friendly and with a personal touch. The staff was waiting outside for our car to arrive and guided us in parking the car. As we had chosen to have breakfast we were surprised that the table was made up very nice with our roomnumber with a tag on the table. Bread was super fresh and delicious with home-made yoghurt and a very good breakfast choice selection for such a small family hotel. We were also told that if we missed anything that they would arrange it for us. So far the best breakfast I have ever had in a German hotel for this rate.

Pillows could have been less soft for me since I prefer harder pillows to sleep on. Also the elevator was switched off in the evening as I guess it was to save energy but being aware that Germany is in a energy crisis I totally understand why this is.

Perfect location - city centre, short walk to main station, supermarket next door. Big room, comfortable bed.

Not very modern equipment, no wifi in the room (at least I didn’t see any). But all as advertised, it is among cheapest options in the city, if you are looking for an affordable accommodation, it is for sure okay choice.

It was great! All fresh food both baked goods and fresh cut fruit. I had a fresh made waffle with some fruit compote. It was all delicious. Great job!

Staff, location and breakfasts are amazing. The room are spacious and clean. Great value for money just outside the Porta Nigra. Definitely recommended.

The wi-fi is only accessible in the lobby and breakfast area.

We found everything (one exception, see below) to be exceptional - wonderfully convenient location, a way nicer than expected room, and very friendly staff who gave the hotel a family feel.

The wi-to connection was a bit iffy, and the internet service was agonizingly slow. But this was more than balanced out by how nice everything else was.

The whole experience was very good. The breakfast could have been a bit cheaper than EUR 15 per person. Cleanliness is top-notch. All the equipments provided and present in the hotel is really of very good quality. The check-in check-out process was really good. I had a request for check-in at 9pm and they made it happen, though the reception closes at 7pm. Staff was very polite and helpful.

Price of breakfast. EUR 15 per person. This should be reduced.
