Good hotel with all that’s needed; we got an upgrade and slept on the non-traffic side. It is extremely well suited for families with a dog as the city is easily reachable by bus and beautiful walks are possible nearby. It is also close to the university. Nice room downstairs to meet for families or groups; breakfast was decent.

The room was unusually spacious. The breakfast was good, lots of variety.

The location was far from town. We had relatives locally who helped with trips into Trier, but otherwise, we might have felt stuck.

The room was big and comfy. There was enough amenities for the stay. Parking is easily available. Our keycard didn't work when we came back late in the night, we called the receptionist and she came quickly enough to open the door for us.

The breakfast was very good and the coffee was great, however, lactose free milk would have been amazing. The location is great but due to the hill, walking back from town is more exhausting and longer than expected. However, the hotel is next to a green area with lovely paths to walk and with a view of the wine fields.

The double bed consisted of two single beds which move apart, this reduced the comfort.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great with a nice view. The hotel room was big enough, just like the bathroom. The bed was big and comfy.

It's located a bit from the city centre, but you can easily reach it by bus (just 20 minutes). It was very hot in the room, but that was due to the high temperatures of last weekend.

Conveniently located. Minimum service continued over Christmas. Drink dispenser.

No staff on site. Twin beds for one person where I would have preferred one large bed. Minimalistic tiny bathroom.

Excellent sound proof rooms...great breakfast buffet style.Had our key taped to office door so we could get in.

No close restaurant...we got there after office closed so couldn't ask. There may have been a list that we didn't see. The information sheet in the room was only in German (our German is rusty but we figured it out). So close to border of French speakers & other nationalities that might stay, multiple languages or English might have been nice.

Friendly staff. Nice sitting out area witj views. Walks nearby. Parking. Bus stop nearby to rake you into the town centre. Good bathroom.

Pillpws and bed were not comfortable. A bit too far to walk into town.

Very nice hotel in the vineyards of Trier, enjoyable from the hotel's spacious terrace. The room was quite big with a tasteful interior, clean. Breakfast was good and plentiful.

Rooms towards the road may be a little noisy, but I didn't mind.

What we didn't expect was that it wasn't a hotel like we know it. It was a hotel combined with apartments for the locals
