This is a true gem in Sicily. Wonderful location; the villa and property have been preserved with an updated feel, done either taste snd artistic execution. The peace and pleasure of spending quite times on the edge of the island at this property gave us s perfect break from the intensity of touring the island. Giancarlos provides a welcoming and knowledgeable presence to the property. I highly recommend the experience.

We loved the villa and the garden. and especially the wonderful pool, All very spectacular. The breakfast was delicious with local delicacies and pastries and served under the Wysteria terrace. The views from the garden were fantastic. It also helped that it is very close to the Vale of temples one of the must do sights in Sicily

It is unfortunate that the authorities have decided to up date the road system so a major road passes close to the beautiful garden. However we could not hear any noise in our room. Because of the new road, it w was also difficult to locate the drive way to the villa. But it is worth it when you get there. It was also a shame that they did not offer dinner in an evening.

Better than all the rest! Loved our stay at Casa Realia. Giancarlo took every opportunity to make our stay enjoyable. He helped us when lost on arrival, warmly greeted all 12 in our family and made sure every request was attended to by a genuinely caring staff that went above & beyond our expectations. From the breakfast buffet each morning to the lunch & bar offerings you could hide all day in this serene setting. Gentle breezes from the ocean and the beautiful tile pool offered refreshment from the hot summer sun. The rooms are beautifully decorated and functional for travelers. Best choice we made during this vacation! Thank you for a great stay!

I highly recommend staying at Casa Realia and would gladly stay there again. I was there for 3 nights, traveling with family. The hotel is small (6 rooms) and therefore you never feel like a number or part of a crowd. This personal feeling is further enhanced by the kind and highly professional staff, from the cleaning lady to the owner. The owner is generous in his advice, tips, and assistance to guests and willing to go the extra mile. För example, we had an early departure and the hotel prepared a lovely breakfast package for us to take with us in the car. Our room was a suite, with a lovely view of the sea. There was one normal size double and one smaller room. The bathroom was large and renovated. It was very clean. The location is excellent because you are near all the main sights (temples, Scala dei Turchi), which are within a 10-15 minute drive. You have Agrigento nearby but also a smaller seaside town called San Leone, which has lots of restaurants and amenities. Breakfast was a fantastic variety of sweet and savory specialties, plus fruit, cheese, etc. Very nice! There is no restaurant at the hotel, but we did not find that problematic, given the proximity to local restaurants. The pool is very nice and set in a very well kept garden. It's very relaxing. There are beautiful views along the coast, which is just below the garden. It is best to have a car to stay at this hotel.

Nothing. Everything was great. I'm not sure about public transportation in the area. It seems like a place where you might need a car. Finding the entrance is a bit challenging. Use the coordinates provided by the hotel, not the address. The owner is willing to help, so this is not a problem. We found it straight away using the coordinates

Very beautiful house and gardens in quiet location. A little hard to find but host contacted us in advance and gave very clear directions. Good breakfast and very welcoming hosts.

Rooms were very dark but perhaps this would be good when weather is hotter. Working out the best way to visit valley of the Temples was difficult so maybe hosts could provide guests with some hints on the best way to do this as it’s the main attraction in this area. We found very good restaurants, but really just by luck so again maybe hosts could give a list of recommendations for guests? Lastly we were unlucky to have quite cool weather for the time of year so breakfast outside was perhaps not the best place.

It was a gorgeous family-run property with fabulous pool and gardens. The breakfast was really, really good- satisfied a 6ft 1’ 16 year old boy, 21yo girl and us. Yoghurt, fresh fruit, condiments, loads of different sweet pastries and panini’s, omelette and of course, capuccino, macchiato, hot choc etc. Gian Carlo is the king - awesome owner. Gave us a fabulous restaurant suggestion, which turned out to be one of oyr best in Sicily. Plus, it is 4 minutes to Valley of the Temples… super close.

Water leaked from the showers but that was our experience in every place we stayed in Sicily over two weeks. It is beside the motorway which at first seemed weird but it is a non issue once inside the property.

The best place we stayed in Sicily so far. Property is well maintained, rooms are clean and nice, especially the ones with the sea view. Pool and the area is outstanding. We spent 3 days in this tranquil and cosy place. Owners are very kind and the fact that there are not so many rooms gave very personal touch to our holiday, which is exactly what we were looking for in a crazy period of August. Will come back and recommend to everyone. Thank you!

Beautiful location, very nice grounds, pool and buildings. Peaceful location other than some highway noise by the pool, but not too noisy. Very friendly family hosts and close to the Valley of the Temples by car. Lunch can be provided on the property which was a pleasant surprise, as well as drinks. Breakfast was also very nice.

Entrance to property is a bit awkward but I am being picky!

The place was just stunning! Beautiful garden, huge fabulous pool, fantastic outside seating and right over looking the azure sea! The owner was really lovely and helpful and gave us a room upgrade witha wonderful sea view...which was very appreciated. Breakfast was delicious with lots of home made specialities and even there own orange juice. All served on a lovely outside terrace. The room was really comfortable with a super shower and big bathroom. The bed was great too. Literally 5 minutes from Agrigento which is an absolute treat and close to restaurants for the evening.

Directions were excellent but it was challenging to locate!

The property is even better than photographed. The hospitality is world class, food is excellent, and the rooms incredibly well appointed with very comfortable bedding. This was the best stay we had in Sicily, and one of the top 5 stays from many luxury travels. If you find a room here - grab it fast, and stay at least a few days if you can! There is plenty to do, see and eat nearby.
