The front staff, Mr. Yamada was so nice. He was so nice that he brought a ticket of breakfast to the second floor right after we asked. After a while, we found it was our own mistake that we left one card in the room and went to the restaurant - We do apologize, and appreciated Mr. Yamada's quick reaction with hospitality.

The other staff, especially a bit elderly male one, did not show any respect to the guests at all. At lease to us, he did not glance when checking in, he brought the moisturizer that we booked to the backyard without asking Mr. Yamada who took care of us to check in, and he did not even greet to us when we met at the stairs from the seconf floor to the third. Very pity guy. But Mr. Yamada mainly took care of us and we are totally happy with it.

The amenities and services provided by the hotel such as changing towels and sleepwear every other day.

I didn't like that upon receiving information that we will be joined by kids that we would need to pay upfront for their breakfast (which would not have been upsetting had they informed us ahead of time with information available at booking.com) Also, the fact that elementary school students (as young as 1st graders) would need to pay the same amount as an adult would I think is a rip off. However they do get to say for free in the hotel, so I guess its a small price to pay for a stay.

Convenient location as the hotel is located near the highway exit and in front of the train station.

We stayed with 2 kids and didn’t feel much hospitality shown by the staff. No warm greeting by the receptionist at both check-in and check-out, as well as staff met at elevator and hallway. Felt very awkward and unwelcoming during our stay.
