Our stay in Mas des Herbes Blanches was truly outstanding. The property itself was luxurious, elegant, and beautifully maintained—every detail was curated with care and quality. It offered the perfect combination of comfort, beauty, and tranquility. What truly made the experience unforgettable was the exceptional staff. They were warm, professional, and incredibly attentive throughout our stay. Their genuine hospitality made us feel completely looked after, and nothing ever felt like too much to ask. A particularly thoughtful gesture was the private tour they arranged for us—it was a wonderful and unexpected highlight, showing just how much they go above and beyond for their guests. We are so grateful for such a memorable. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a refined and relaxing escape in Provence.

The toilet in the room was very small - I am a short guy but my knees were touching the wall when I was on the toilet! Access to the room, if you have heavy bags - up the spiral stone stairs - is a bit tricky. Great breakfast but disappointing evening meal on the Sunday - v pretentious and who thinks cherries stuffed with garlic as an accompaniment with fish is ever a good idea?!!

Perfect location for trips out to Roussillion, Gordes and L’isle sur la Sorgue etc. Hotel has a gorgeous position on the hill side overlooking the Valley and the Luberon Massif. Beautiful modern stone buildings with terraces for drinks and dining, food was superb, both the Restaurant and the Bar food. Breakfast was buffet style and delicious, wonderful Salmon, also cooked aspects available on request. Lovely large Pool with Loungers etc, we visited in the unexpectedly high temperatures of about 38*+ and very little shade by the Pool, even with the Parasols as ‘the sun moves’ and the ambient temp was so high, even for locals. We did not use the Spa or Tennis Court (too hot), but Hotel is a lovely spacious, high quality property with good parking on site. Perfect for a relaxing holiday. Beautiful room-suite, very clean, comfortable and well decorated with all one could ask for, a pleasure to retire to, either to escape the heat or at night. Fabulous Air-Con, much needed in those temperatures. Welcoming and friendly yet professional staff. Thank you so much ‘Mas des Herbes Blanches’ for such a superb Room.

Nothing. Our only concern was it being so unusually hot, reaching about 38* during our visit. We used the Pool which was lovely, but found we had to leave to find full shade and lower temperatures, sooner than we would normally, but that is not the Hotels fault.

The terrace was spectacular for breakfast and dinner with great elevated views over the region. The spa and staff were exceptional and we thoroughly enjoyed our massages

The lack of water pressure in the shower. They didn’t replace the tea and or drinks in the room. No milk/ cream for tea or coffee. Service during peak times at breakfast and dinner could’ve been better but I think that having a host would benefit them greatly

Everything about the property was first class. A set of architecturally beautiful buildings in an ideal setting. The room decor and comfort - excellent; the dining experience - delicious food and perfect setting. But most of all, the staff was the most accommodating and knowledgeable of any we ever experienced. One of the finest properties we have ever been to.

The Luberon is a stunning area and, just next to Gordes, Joucas is a gorgeous village. The staff from front desk, to car valet (and washing !), to the waiters were all smiling and helpful. The pool here in the morning was a delight. Dinner on the terrace with views of Roussillon and Bonnieux was a privilege and they found shade and brought water for our dog. Our room even had a small terrace where we could let our dog out in the morning.

There is nothing not to like here.

Apart from the breakfast (which was perfect), the prices of the menu were overly expensive, even for the region. We paid 40 EUR for 4 scoops of icecream in carton packagings with small, wooden spoons! 35 EUR for a tiny chicken filet without side dishes. Still water was not always free. Choice of food for room service was limited, quality mediocre and expensive. Even in Geneva we get more value for money for food. I would have given a 10/10 but this really impacted our stay a bit.

Absolutely beautiful , it exceeded our expectations . Quiet luxury. From the checkin to check out we loved this hotel and hope to return. We arrived in the afternoon , so had a light lunch in the bistro by the pool . Limited menu but fine. Unobtrusive waiter service by pool. Comfortable room , gorgeous bathing products , free drinks and snacks in the mini bar . We had a ground floor room with small terrace and access to the gardens and pool. The restaurant on the grand terrace was fab and totally delicious food with spectacular views. The spa and heated jacuzzi was quiet and easily accessible

Privacy, quiet, food onsite. Staff were very kind and extremely helpful. The bussers for breakfast worked so hard - especially the blond woman! We also enjoyed the atmosphere of dinner on the patio (not only for the beautiful view and delicious food, but also for the dining staff. They made the atmosphere fun and enjoyable while maintaining professionalism. Hospitality to a T! Very hard to do.

The location is fantastic. The view over the Luberon is absolutely breathtaking.

The restaurant, although very nice, is too limited regarding the choice of food. Also, we were confronted to some restrictions with wine degustation in the late afternoon, it is was quite confusing!
