We have always stayed at this location when we pass thru Gallup and have never had an issue, its always a great place to stay. The value for what you receive is the best part. A decent location, cleans rooms and very comfortable beds (upgraded to queen beds).Thank you!

Only 2 issues. The young lady behinds the counter wasn't very attentive, she was looking at her phone every time you walked in and continue to do so for a lil while. Second issue was not enough outlets, and everything was unplugged including the TV. Every lamp was unplugged so I had to pull out the dresser and bend down to plug in the lamps and the TV. I have had multiple back surgeries so moving furniture wasn't good for me.

The front desk worker working at night was very helpful and courteous. My stay was unexpected due to the weather but i reside like 30 miles into Arizona and she made me feel important and reassured my safety was more important to rest and continue in the morning.

The rooms were very cold and the heater took forever to warm up the room.

It was nice and quiet.

Request for fresh linen and towels. House keeping was upset that I asked for my towels at 1:30 p.m. It was given to them at 9 a.m.

Really old and run down they up graded the beds and floor that was all small TV the fan in bathroom was loud wifi even hooked up to it didn't work very well keep freezing parking lot was horrible tried parking and there was such a dip that it scraped the fender is the car

It was very very clean and lovely! It has been one of my favourites so far on my world trip. Great breakfast. Pretty bonsai garden. Felt safe and the toiletries were posh!

There was construction materials in the property making it look abandoned. It’s either the AC or carpet has a smell, anyways something smelled.

Front staff are very friendly. Big rooms.

The area was a bit run down, but not an uncomfortable area.

Great place to stay one night for a solo traveler passing through the great state of New Mexico.

The breakfast was very good under the circumstances of Covid. It was a grab n go bag. Was very filling.

The property demands a $50 refundable damage deposit upon check-in. If they put it on your debit/credit card you will not get it back for 2-10 days. Fortunately you can pay it in cash. Once they check your room at check-out, you will get your deposit back. This was also the case in about 4 motels of this caliber in Gallup.

Breakfast was good and available selections too!!
