The staff at the desk at the time of evening I checked in was most helpful, she upsells very well, she only charged me an extra $10.00 to stay on the first floor since I had a lot of luggage and was very tired to walk it all upstairs. However, she managed to place a family with a little child over the top of my room and the noise was aggravating. The stay was nice, I had to barrow a hairdryer from the front since the one in the room didn't work. Staff were very sweet and accommodating! I would book with this place again!

There wasn't enough towels in the bathroom, and the reservation was for 3 adults. If the hotel knows the standard amount of towels per room is only 2, they should have added more knowing that we were going to have more than 2 adults. Our toilet also looked like it wasn't cleaned before our arrival, it wasn't stains, it looked there was growth inside the bowl from not being cleaned for over a week. The backlight in our mirror, which is just a light strip fell off.

Breakfast could have been better, but was still good. Location was very convenient. The staff went above and beyond. Room was very quiet even though it was close to train tracks.

The room was very comfortable, nice bed and pillows. Bathroom clean and towels nice. Quiet room. I had a good stay, clean fridge/microwave, and overall very good amenities, EXCEPT I had no internet to speak of, which was fine but I had planned to do a few things online, that could be improved. Overall great stay.

Functional internet.

The property is located near an exit to I-40. The hotel is very clean and well managed. I was pleased it was a fragrance free experience. The owners/operators were welcoming and kind in a way you anticipate in a private hotel, despite the fact that it is part of the Wyndham hotel umbrella. Photos are quite accurate. For the value you can’t go wrong!

Nice, clean rooms, spacious. Friendly staff at the front desk. Enough parking. Centrally located, within short driving distance of several restaurants, gas stations and stores. Very affordable. Good beds, too !

The breakfast room could maybe use an upgrade, but for the 70 ish dollars we paid, one can really not complain.

The door bolt would only latch after lifting the door. The bathroom vent sounded like a 747. The lounge on the windowsill covers the a/c lid and will make the unit turn on and off rapidly because the air will get stuck under there. No grass or turf for dogs.

Everything was clean. The staff was very helpful. The location was close to the interstate. The room was a decent size and not crowded. There was not closet.

We were placed in a handicap room that only had one chair. We assumed that the long bench was for someone who was in a wheelchair to be able to access that part of the room. A retular room may have been better for us.

I thought the people were awesome! We couldn’t figure out how to use the TV and a quick trip to the front desk solved that right away. Very nice folks! It was the first time I’d seen my granddaughter in 4 years! We had a great time and wonderful visit. 👏🙏

Web sight says in all caps PET FRIENDLY but dies not tell you there is a 15.00 charge for pets. I have a small poodle. When I ask if it was refundable they said no. To me it was false advertising ! This was my 3rd.night of staying on my trip and first pet fee I paid.
