Clean and comfortable rooms.

Breakfast included till 9am. We were there at 8:45 and the breakfast was gone, except for cereal and yogurt. Many people were waiting for staff to refill items. I asked the lady when she was bringing more eggs, sausage out. Was told that it was over amd they were in the process of cleaning and closing Breakfast. That was a bummer. Had to go elsewhere for breakfast.

Very convenient location,near I-40 intersection & shares a parking lot with Cracker Barrel Restaurant; Staff were excellent; Room was exceptionally clean & in good repair; High quality linens; Breakfast (free) was OUTSTANDING, best I’d had in 2 weeks of travel.

One minor thing - the Luggage carts I used (twice) were badly in need of repair or, even better, replacement.

I liked that they contacted me before I arrived about what I needed. They also informed me of their remodeling and unavailable amenities. They were friendly and did what they could to provide what was needed. They also have a very nice breakfast.

There really wasn't anything I did not like. I was satisfied with my room.

Great breakfast people were also nice

I had one credit card for three rooms. I had to do separate receipts for each room, which took a little bit of time and was a little inconvenient. It would be nice if it would be just one receipt for all rooms.

Although it is a rather old building and the bathroom could use an update (no countertop, just a tv tray), the beds and pillows were very comfortable and the lobby area is welcoming. The pool was clean and refreshing. Having lemon ice water in a large glass dispenser was such a great feature, after having made a long 8-hour car trip.

It would be a nice feature to have a small bathroom/dressing room inside the pool area.

We had a great night at this hotel! But is comfortable..breakfast was good. Friendly people working there. This is the best hotel we’ve stayed at and we are in a hotel four or five times a year.

Large comfortable handicapped accessible room.

Breakfast area was small and tables were tiny. Hard to maneuver for three people, one of whom was in a wheelchair. There was a locked door by the handicapped parking. It could not be unlocked and so it was dangerous for an emergency exit.

Room was adeqhate. Bed and pillow were very comfortable

*Breakfast offering was sub par! *Not a fan of tastless, powdered eggs! *Pastries left allot to be desired!

In process of updating rooms. Nice updates but could have been cleaned up better after update. Paint on door handle, plastic still on lamp shades, bathtub old and stained. Window dirty.
