Rooms were clean and spacious for four occupants. Dinner was good and well priced. They have a restaurant at roof top with open air dining - kids really enjoy this. 24 hours room service was there and you can really order at any time and they serve quite efficiently. Tea was really good.

No parking facility. Had to park at road side just outside hotel. And the property located in a congested area with narrow roads. You need to driver carefully in order to reach the property. But that is understandable as it is near Hari Ki Pauri (1.7 Km away) - you can easily find e-rikshaw near hotel location.

This was my third visit to Hotel Krishna Ji, and as always the staff, service, and rooms were brilliant. We are always welcomed with a smile from all, and the check in process is always quick and effortless as the staff are always prepared. The room service is always excellent with a quick response on the phone and room service provided with minimal wait. My brother fell unwell on the day we were to check out so I wanted him to be able to rest for an extra hour, and as I rang room service, they were so kind in allowing us to extend our check out time. The rooms are big in size and very clean. There is now a roof top restaurant, which is convenient and has good food. The hotel is located in the heart of Haridwar, so short distance by auto to the market and Ganges.

We had a pleasant stay at ..The hospitality of the Owner and his Team was amazing. Accomodation ist clean and breakfast was good. The Owner take good care of their guests. We ordered Uber, but the driver call us asking for double Prise and refuse to take us. The Owner Help us to find a faire Taxi Driver to Rishikesh. Thank you so much!

The staff ware really grateful. Was travelling and got late. Reached around 11.45 pm nearby midnight but the staff with touch with me. The check in was really appreciated as I was totally tired in travel. They arranged breakfast late night and was testy. Really thanks to property

The room was large for a family, the staff were very accommodating, the rooms was very clean as well as the bathroom facility.

The restaurant on the roof top was not clean and a lot of flies, i did go up and found a few boys hanging around i think one of them was the chef and others either friends or staff. We were very hungry but got put off by non uniformed and casual staff who seemed very young however this does not mean they could not have catered but i was hoping for a more professional restaurant experience rather than young lads hanging around a kitchen.

Location near by the ganges ghats. Railway station 5 mns distance. Market area also at walking distance

I had stayed here in 2017 and so I had to go back to this hotel as I loved it then too. Mr. Nitin was very communicating and very helpful and always a smiling person. He even assisted in organizing a car from Delhi station to this hotel at cheaper price than MakemyTrip. Kids also enjoyed the stay here. Breakfast and food quality and taste is awesome. Location is close to railway station and other restaurants. A short walk from backside of the hotel can take you to not-s-busy bathing ghat. Without thinking twice, I will go there again next time.

I liked the property, it's cleanliness, well maintained room , bed, toilet very neat. Everyday the house keeping work done to offer more pleasure and comfort to boarder. The staff of property and specially to mention the front office/reception staffs behaviour is very nice , friendly and helpful. I will recommend highly for this property to have unique experience. If we further visit Hardwar in future then definitely wil love to l stay in HOTEL KRISHNA JI.

The staff was so helpful and kind that they offered packed breakfasts for us when they learned we had an early morning train. In addition, they treated us with tea in the morning. They were acconmodating in all aspects.

Near and tidy hotel. Owner & Staff behavior very cordial and cooperative. Service is quick and food is good. Request for provision for some more south indian items like idli & dosa.
