The location near the mall and choices on restaurants not being far away.

The floor was very dirty. I had on socks while walking around in the room, and at the end of the night, before going to bed, my socks were very dirty from the floor. The platform sounded like a tin drum when you sat on the edge of the bed.

Hard to find a good motel without a lot of noise anymore. It's especially difficult to feel safe in Albany lately. This place was wonderful, and the lady at check-in and check-out was so personable, warm, and friendly that I asked her name! Lasheria, thank you for the ice and the information.

Beds are small for two adults and 3 kids, should be at least queen sized, but we made do. Beautiful room.

It was fine, I wasn't expecting anything more then what we received. t The place was neat and clean, the price was right. The staff here are always great! I'm sure that we will be back again.

I have stayed here before and was more then satisfied with the room, staff and the location, that's why we stayed here again.

The rooms were big and clean. Even though its a remodeled motel, rooms were decent and clean. It was close to restaurants and stores. I stayed with my daughter and felt safe.

The breakfast was basic. Very little options.

THERE WAS A BIG GAP IN THE DOOR; EVEN AFTER CLOSING IT. THE OUTSIDE LIGHT WAS SEEN VIVIDLY. I VOICED MY CONCERN TO STAFF WHO STATED THEY WOULD NOTIFY MAINTENANCE. IN ROOM 205 AND 113...

Location price and the room itself.

The bathroom could have been cleaner with less hair left behind. Also would be nice to have more towels rags and face towels per person staying in the room.

Walking distance to Japanese steakhouse and some other choices very convenient location.

A little heavy on whatever they use to clean But a quick spray with Lysol and an air freshener took that away right away it wasn’t Pine-Sol but something similar Very clean but a bit overpowering

The staff was great. The rooms were fine however it does have a little age.

It was ok we were only there for one night. Everything was fine . Great loction Great staff.

Breakfast was fine. Wide variety of offerings even though prepackaged coffee was excellent.

There was no coffee available in the room. That was the only disappointment.

Breakfast was alright, plenty of food to pick and choose from, and the breakfast room was very clean. Location was great! Beds were comfy, and the room was cozy and clean. The staff was as nice as ever. Overall a great stay.

Depending on who was next door, you might've heard them talking every now and then. I only heard them twice though, it wasn't terrible.
