The young lady who checked us in and Mrs. Lasheria are always very professional as well as friendly every time we stay here. The first room that was given to us was clean except for the refrigerator but only because it was turned off to be cleaned. I'm assuming the janitorial staff forgot to go back and clean it after it had completely defrosted. The receptionist was more than accommodating and put us in another room and the manager himself went in and got it cleaned up. The receptionist also informed us that due to it being a holiday it might be a little noisier than usual, We thank her for letting us know in advance.

Great staff, location is near the highway with plenty of places to eat nearby. Bed was comfy and shower had good pressure.

NO computer or printer. This was a really big set back and had me scrambling to find the nearest library to get work done. Breakfast was lacking but nominal for the price point.

The floor was very dirty. I had on socks while walking around in the room, and at the end of the night, before going to bed, my socks were very dirty from the floor. The platform sounded like a tin drum when you sat on the edge of the bed.

Hard to find a good motel without a lot of noise anymore. It's especially difficult to feel safe in Albany lately. This place was wonderful, and the lady at check-in and check-out was so personable, warm, and friendly that I asked her name! Lasheria, thank you for the ice and the information.

Beds are small for two adults and 3 kids, should be at least queen sized, but we made do. Beautiful room.

The rooms were big and clean. Even though its a remodeled motel, rooms were decent and clean. It was close to restaurants and stores. I stayed with my daughter and felt safe.

The breakfast was basic. Very little options.

It was fine, I wasn't expecting anything more then what we received. t The place was neat and clean, the price was right. The staff here are always great! I'm sure that we will be back again.

I have stayed here before and was more then satisfied with the room, staff and the location, that's why we stayed here again.

The bathroom could have been cleaner with less hair left behind. Also would be nice to have more towels rags and face towels per person staying in the room.

Walking distance to Japanese steakhouse and some other choices very convenient location.

A little heavy on whatever they use to clean But a quick spray with Lysol and an air freshener took that away right away it wasn’t Pine-Sol but something similar Very clean but a bit overpowering

Breakfast was fine. Wide variety of offerings even though prepackaged coffee was excellent.

There was no coffee available in the room. That was the only disappointment.
