Facilities and service were top class. From collection from the airport until the last minute in the villa, everything was thoughtfully taken care of, service was impeccable, fast and friendly. Communication with the teams in the villa was extremely efficient and the response time was minutes at most. Transport on the free Tuk-Tuk service left us off in the middle of Ao Nang with a 5-7 minutes travel time, no issues at all. The villa was quite and relaxing, pool was great, WIFI worked just fine. Everything was great, no complaints.

We had a great stay at the villa in Krabi. Everything was clean, comfortable, and peaceful, perfect for a relaxing holiday. The tuk-tuk service was very efficient and made getting around easy. On the third day, there was no water for about 2 hours, but staff member Nay was very helpful and kept us updated. She was friendly and professional throughout. Nay also went out of her way to take us to a local market after her shift so we could try durian, such a kind and personal gesture that we really appreciated.

We had a great week staying at this villa! The villa is very specious, even with two families it doesn't feel crowded. Having a bathroom in every bedroom is a big plus, especially with so many people in the house. Villa is very well maintained and the cleaning crew come by every day, and they always make sure to asked before they do so to not bother us, which is very nice. The staff was very friendly and attentive, they are always willing to help you with anything you may need. It was so nice to have our own private pool to dive into after a day of exploring Krabi in hot Thai weather. Definitely will remember to come back here when we get the chance!

Not really a place where you can just walk out to find dinner. Which was not a big issue for us as there are some delivery options from Grab and you can easily find something within 10 minutes drive.

It was clean and amazing. The property was exactly like the ones in the images. The staff there, especially pete was very helpful during our stay. Ease our programmes there and accomodate to our needs.

Quiet location but peaceful

Spacious facilities, friendly staff, all support provided immediately. Very good with communication.

Not all shower have same water pressure and hot water supply.

lovely villa with amazing facilities

didn’t like the fact breakfast is not included in the room rate. the host was actually a bit rude not flexible in any way. we had a whole day of no electricity and we had to take a paid tour but we weren’t compensated fairly for that and the rate for that day was 6000 THB and it basically gone to waste as no electricity or water due to maintenance which wasn’t informed while booking. they should give us a free tour or their behalf

The villa and pool are very well maintained and spotlessly clean. Great staff who were friendly and helpful. There were 8 of us and this property represents excellent value for a great villa.

Location is a little far from the beach but this is offset by the free tuk-tuk service.

Villa is super huge. all the amenities are there. great for big families with the deep pool to enjoy. able to park 2 cars. free tuk2 available to go to ao nang beach. Before i booked ive read the reviews on customer complaining of the wooden deck beside the pool as it was slipper, was shocked to see when i came and they did listen to our reviews and change it to stone.. not slippery at all. thumbs up on that! other then that all is good!

Toilet smell of sewer is super strong.

Quiet location away from beachfront which was great for young children. The free tuktuk was essential as we did not hire a car. The private pool was in use constantly with our 3 young children. The staff were wonderful.

The wash basins were positioned so high even I (5ft 3ins)had difficulty using them never mind children.
