I recently stayed at the Palm Kiri resort in Krabi and was thoroughly impressed with my experience. The resort is absolutely beautiful, with stunning views of the surrounding area and well-maintained facilities. The staff at Palm Kiri were also incredibly friendly and cooperative. They went out of their way to ensure that I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, and were always available to answer any questions I had. Despite the resort being in a remote location, the staff arranged transportation for me at a reasonable price, which made it easy to explore the area. Overall, I would highly recommend Palm Kiri resort to anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing stay in Krabi. The resort is stunning, the staff is friendly and cooperative, and the location is perfect for a serene getaway. I would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

The only issue I had with my stay was the lack of an intercom line with the reception. This meant that I had to physically go to the reception every time I needed to ask a question or request something, which was a bit inconvenient. However, this was a minor issue that did not significantly impact my overall experience at the resort.

The stay itself was wonderful. The beds are great and the rooms are great. The pool outside was also great (with a caveat)

The pool area (while shared) was not being monitored for silence as well as it should have been. Some guests had their children play without monitoring them or allowed them to splash other guests and were very noisy. The staff did not seem to care about this. Other than this the stay was phenomenal

The bungalows enjoy a massive terrace, are super spacious and clean. The pool is surrounded by luscious trees and tranquility. Breakfast is good if you don't go in the last 15 minutes. Laundry service is the best! The receptionist is helpful and so is the butler who used to drive us to the beach at no charge depending on final destination. Close to the hotel there's a quaint Italian restaurant when food from the hotel is not available. Ask for double portions in case of pasta unless 80g is enough for you.

Communicating in English is not easy for the staff. The wardrobes need more hangers. The pool has no pool bar and alcohol is non existent. Location is away from amenities.

We loved everything in Palm Kiri !! This is a very serene and calm area in Ao Nang, away from the hustle and bustle of the center. The bungaloos are large and the bathroom is Huge ! The mattrass is firm enough so your back is well after the night. Palm Kiri staff are so nice and helpful. We really enjoyed every moment of it. They have a free shuttle to the beach twice a day which was very good. We were quite sad to leave. Hoping to be back again

Property itself was great. What we didn’t find comfortable was the location (a bit far from the ao nang beach (10 minutes with the car) but there is a shuttle twice a day and you can order a taxi from the hotel. Another thing we didn’t like was the extra cost of the services, definitely higher than the average. If you get to the centre of Ao Nang beach you can find all the services for way less than what the hotel propose.

Peaceful quiet location five minutes to ten minutes ride or drive to the beaches and Ao nang beach nightmarket. Shops, etc. Pool on site..

Inconsiderate people who also stayed there who don't know how to close doors with out slamming them .. or banging them.. late at night. But other than that amazing place, I'd definitely stop again .. on my next travels.

Clean and spacious rooms, nice lush tropical landscapes all around. Good breakfast. Very kind and polite staff. Available space to park the car.

Warm and friendly staff throughout my stay. I felt very welcome. The rooms and hotel grounds have a real premium feel/finish to them. Fast WiFi Ice cold AC that runs quietly! Soundproofed rooms (no roosters/cockerels on or near the site) , I’m a light sleeper but I had the best sleep I’ve had in a long time here! 100% recommend this property, it exceeded my expectations , perfect.

The rooms are clean and the breakfast was good with variety of food. Its very peaceful and quiet.

The resort is far from the ao nang beach. But can rent a bike from the resort itself. Comparative to the other rental place the price here is cheaper. The staffs are not so friendly. I asked for some surprise decorations for my wife. But they gave the room to someone else wrongly. When asked they were not so nice.
