I loved how the staff for the breakfast area was extra cleaning everything! And everyone was really friendly, I came because my grandmother had a heart attack and unfortunately she passed away, I drove from Houston, they made me feel like home and they were super heartfelt about me and my family! I appreciate all the great heartfelt words💗🙏

The first room we had was spectacular but this room #106 needs a humidifier in there half the time the sheets felt almost like wet.

I love the hotel rooms everything the food

When I didn’t like this stuff, which is look at you like if you’re stealing something me and my kids will go eat and they just look at us. They make me feel uncomfortable besides that everything was wonderful.

The location was perfect because I was back and forth between Harlingen and Brownsville. The places I went to seemed so close to the hotel. The bed was so comfortable and the lighting in the restroom was perfect.

There was nothing wrong with my stay! I loved it and would definitely book again.

Good location next to a gas station and fast food options, comfortable beds, nice clean pool, the front desk employees were super helpful and friendly, I will definitely stay here again when visiting brownsville texas.

The breakfast options were not so good, the juice was watered down and they ran out of scrambled eggs and tortillas quick. It took an hour to bring more food out but by then it was time for me to leave. Also, they only had whole milk for coffee and cereal but my kids and I are lactose so we couldn't enjoy breakfast. Another thing, this hotel needs more lighting outside at night.

I was approached the next morning questioning whether I paid or not. I was asked if I paid for the room and had to go to the front desk to verify if I was booked there. it ended up I was placed in the wrong room and had to move to another room. I was inconvenienced for this mistake made by the hotel staff.

I liked everything that I was able to get online to check in and that I was able to get the card to get it in after work. You have to get better pillows to soft.

Great hotel for such a good price and the service was awesome. Got extra towels when asked for and they brought us an extra cot for one of my kids to sleep on. room was clean and beds so comfy also the breakfast choices were so awesome my kids loved the Texas waffles. The pool was awesome and clean.

The tile floor in my room was not very clean. It needed a deep cleaning. Room 324. The bathroom tile was fine. The breakfast options were lacking. The only fresh fruit was whole apples.

The hotel was clean, pool was clean/warm, breakfast was great. The housekeepers were very friendly.

The front desk employees could be more welcoming.
