I loved the fact that the B&B's location was very favorable for us, since it was close to the beach, but also close to all the important shops in Pescara. The room was spacious and extremely clean, since the cleanliness was maintained on a daily basis. Also, the breakfast was incredible and I loved that the ingredients used for the food prepared were of the highest quality. Another important aspect of the B&B are the hosts. Angelo and Francesca were the nicest and the sweetest hosts there and we felt so respected by them.

I didn't like the fact that we stayed here for so little amount of time. We will definitely comeback!

Location is super, with a breathtaking view on the city's main square, piazza Salotto (Piazza della Rinascita) and next to the seaside with easy access to all restaurants, bars and other attractions. The room are exceptionally large and ultra modern, equipped with very comfortable beds. The bathroom are super comfortable too, with a large and modern shower. The host is super friendly and supportive. Breakfast was great too.

Nothing to mention, it was a top experience.

Everything was perfect- location (in city center, lots of restaurants/bars/shops, near parking, beautifull view from balcony, 2 min walk to public beach) Angelo and Francesca are the warmest and best hosts I ever met on our trips (booking/airbnb)- caring, helpfull and always smilling:-) Tastefull breakfest, clean rooms, comfortable beds.

Absolutely nothing

Very clean and simple detail. Conveniently located to beach shopping and night life. Hosts were so attentive and explained everything perfectly. Directions pictures of what to look for, even the name of the parking attendant. Many suggestions for Restaurants as well. Great Hosts!! Breakfast was served according to your preference and plenty to eat.

The bed was very very firm. Could use a topper.

Angelo and Francesca were super helpful and made our stay better than everything we’d expect, always checking in to see if everything was to our liking and answering any questions we had in an instant. The location is quite literally perfect and the room was amazing!!!

It was perfect, the hosts are amazing people. The place is next to the beach, next to shopping. The hosts compiled a list of restaurants, cafes, museums and so much more. Recommend it to anyone!!

Only thing I would change is the bed but that's more of a preference of mine rather than a compliant.

It was beyond clean both Angelo and Francesca went over and above to help out with both restaurants and things to do in area. Francesca made an awesome breakfast to suit your every need and also a great coffee. Angelo was there to greet and help with any need

Foremost we would like to thank Angelo and his wife Francesca for the amazing stay they provided us. They were friendly and very helpful all the time! The apartment itself has a marvelous view on the main square of Pescara + a big parking right in the next street where your car can be parked. It was very enjoyable to sit on the balcony at the evening and listen to the life music coming from there. Also, the beach is only 5 minutes away from the apartment. You can even go there only in your swimwear and slippers. The sea is great and clean. You can either stay on a free beach or rent a place on a paid one. Throughout the day, you will have acces to all of the restaurants around the town (whether you are on the beach or taking a walk around the town). The only thing you have to consider is 'fiesta'. Another great idea is to walk among the streets in the evening - the city is beautifully in its colours and shapes! Concerning the apartment, it is indeed very modern and looks freshly renovated. It has air conditioner, separate bathroom, a small fridge, a TV, heavy curtains against direct sunlight, and a balcony. As for the breakfast, we could not wish for more - Angelo and Francesca provided us with a full breakfast (a breakfast mix with additions like fresh coffee, tea, scrambled eggs, desserts). Everything you need for a breakfast is there. All plates are being refilled even when you are the only guests in the kitchen area. There was nothing that caused any problems. We thank Angelo and his family once again and we will definitely come by again in the future!

Location was just amazing....near everything you need and want....beach, shopping, restaurants, parking. Breakfast was delicious and served so elegantly. The room was very large. AC was nice and cold and shower was hot. Hosts Francesca and Angelo welcomed us with open arms.

Spectacular stay in a very friendly environment. Location is in the center of the city and 2 minutes away from the beach. Angelo is an amazing and very attentive host. Francesca is a remarcable cook and the Breakfast was always fresh and cooked from scratch, with organic ingredients. This will definitely be our reference for all our future stays in Pescara.
