Well. As mentioned in the survey points, i liked it was clean, reasonably comfortable, there's airco, it is sufficient and new. Food and coffee is good though a bit pricy.

I felt it was difficult to get a message across due to the very por English of the staff. I also felt there were some taxes and hidden costs. We were 7 people: in each's breakfast baskets, some had croissants or chocolat bread and some just plain (and hard) bread.

This hotel far exceeded expectations. It's very well situated for Paris generally, and especially for Versailles. The room layout consisted of a double room with a separate bunk room for the kids and joint shared bathroom. High quality bath products were provided. There IS construction going around the hotel but this was a stop over to see Versailles and great value (we paid £120 for a family of four) which for that area of Paris is excellent. Parking is on the road and because of that, free - and no problems with roof boxes and bike racks on the back (which is a problem with hotels closer to town). There is a tram stop LITERALLY outside the hotel making travel into Paris easy although we didn't need it. We usually don't eat in hotels but arrived after a 10 hour drive from the South of France so were very grateful for the Pizza and Steak options (reasonable price and better quality than expected) in the restaurant. The shared reception space with football table and chill out sofas for reading were an added bonus.

No tea and coffee making facilities in the room.

It is brand new and clean. We took the cabins, which were really nice, but hot in the summer. It takes a few hours before the airco can bring the temperature down. The price is fair for a stay in Versailles. They have bikes to rent to go the city of Versailles.

It is not so easy to reach, it is in a dead-end street, so if you miss the small street leading to the hotel, you have a 15-20 minute detour that you have to take. They are building a whole new block of apartments next door. So lots of construction going on; also on the road to the hotel. The breakfast is not a buffet, so very limited choices. The quality and choices for dinner in the hotel is very limited and not great (microwave pizza and pasta).

The staff were so helpful and kind. The atmosphere was really good too- they had table tennis and other games with lots of space to wonder about which is perfect as a family. Getting to Paris was super easy with a tram stop across the road, although definitely check the timetable coming back as we got caught out coming back later and had to go to another station in Versailles which wasn’t ideal (our fault though). The room was great, loved the terrace and bunk beds for the kids which was even big enough for my tall 14 year old.

The breakfast could have had more options. There wasn’t much choice.

We liked that there was a separate space/room for our child that provided all parties some privacy. Although this was a 2 floor property, there was a lift that helped me since I had a leg injury at the time and struggled with stairs. We were able to book last minute. The property looks brand new, located right next to the train station that can take you to the city centre. Room was comfortable and we did not hear other residents. We also enjoyed the terrace, although it was pretty cold outside at the time of our stay.

Internet was little slow at the time of our stay but overall sufficient for our needs. Additional price for parking - but you may park on the street for free.

We stayed so we could visit Versaille palace. We hired bikes from the hotel to get us there. Walking takes longer, obviously. A taxi would have you there in 10 minutes. It's a 20-minute walk to the station that takes you directly into Paris montparnasse station. Cycle paths everywhere, very clean.

It's a bit complicated if it's your first trip to Paris. Navigating the trams and the rail. We managed it all with Google maps. I do think the hotel could offer travellers more support with public transport to the hotel from Paris.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel! The room was clean, tidy, and well-maintained. All the staff were polite and professional. The location is excellent – just a short walk from the Palace of Versailles, which was perfect. The only downside was the breakfast – there was hardly any choice and the quality was quite poor. That was disappointing compared to the rest of the experience. Overall, I would still recommend this hotel for its comfort, cleanliness, and fantastic location.

Lovely hotel, good room and an excellent location to explore Paris and Palace of Versailles from (metro is a two minute walk from the hotel) Very family friendly with activities for kids and a nice outdoor seating area. Food was very good although breakfast was very simple and arguably overpriced.

The surrounding area is, currently, a bit of a building site but it didn't detract from our visit.

Gorgeous hotel..great value. Absolutely spotless and very good value for money. Staff generally very friendly and helpful. Station literally just on doorstep.

We ordered a cab via reception to go to Versailles..the journey took around 5 minutes and hotel suggested we would pay 10 euros ..however taxi from Versailles charged us 30 euros on meter for the short trip so be wary of that!

The location was a bit strange as seemed to be in the middle of a building site, but the hotel was very cool and the staff extremely friendly and helpful. There is a tram stop right opposite the hotel, so quite easy to get to Versailles by tram/RER and when the vegetation has grown up around the site, it will be much prettier. We were upgraded to a cabin which was very comfortable and well equipped.
