Well. As mentioned in the survey points, i liked it was clean, reasonably comfortable, there's airco, it is sufficient and new. Food and coffee is good though a bit pricy.

I felt it was difficult to get a message across due to the very por English of the staff. I also felt there were some taxes and hidden costs. We were 7 people: in each's breakfast baskets, some had croissants or chocolat bread and some just plain (and hard) bread.

We liked that there was a separate space/room for our child that provided all parties some privacy. Although this was a 2 floor property, there was a lift that helped me since I had a leg injury at the time and struggled with stairs. We were able to book last minute. The property looks brand new, located right next to the train station that can take you to the city centre. Room was comfortable and we did not hear other residents. We also enjoyed the terrace, although it was pretty cold outside at the time of our stay.

Internet was little slow at the time of our stay but overall sufficient for our needs. Additional price for parking - but you may park on the street for free.

The location was a bit strange as seemed to be in the middle of a building site, but the hotel was very cool and the staff extremely friendly and helpful. There is a tram stop right opposite the hotel, so quite easy to get to Versailles by tram/RER and when the vegetation has grown up around the site, it will be much prettier. We were upgraded to a cabin which was very comfortable and well equipped.

Newly built hotel close to the Palace which was our main reason for staying there. The overall ambiance was nice and cozy. There is a bar, restaurant and a foosball table. Rooms are clean and modern with a functional design. Free overground parking.

We couldn’t use our balcony because of wasps nest on it. No facilities in walkable distance.

Cosy, clean, practical and restaurant next door. Free parking in the access road whilst building is in going. Won’t last forever we presume.

No tea/coffee making facility. The directions to get here! Ended up here but couldn’t get through so had to go round (20 mins). Go through and past Versailles.

Chalet room was very comfortable although it’s pretty much facing a construction site so it took something away. But for the price charged it was a fair deal. The reception area/dining area was a good space as the heart of the complex. It gave a good focal point.

Unexpectedly great. Loved the terrace. Everything was above my expectations. Although building works going on all over site, didn’t detract from stay at all. Food very good and plentiful. So close to Versailles and easy to find. Staff exceptionally helpful. Great stay - would love to return.

Nothing - was great

Lovely little quiet cosy chalet. My wife didn’t fancy it as we arrived as it’s behind a building site but the welcome put her at ease straight away and it was a lovely stay. There were also little games outside.

It was clean, spacious, bright and staff were very friendly. It's only 10 months old so everything is new.

Most uber drivers found it very difficult to find. Make sure you put the exact address into Uber.

Good new hotel with cottages for work trips. Really cozy cottages.

Cold at night, not much service inside, no more covers or tissues, no boilers or fridge. Everything really expensive, including a poor breakfast.
