Really nice room, had a good view of the city, great value overall, also being next to the station it is quite convenient

It’s a bit confusing to navigate through, the hotel is inside a huge building next to the station at the top floors, you have to tale the elevator that goes to the high floors and the lobby is in the last floor… next to get to the rooms you take another elevator from the lobby to the room floors which is a bit complicated. Not a dealbreaker though, just confusing if not used to

Worth it alone for the stunning views of Yamagata and the surrounding valley and mountains. Also very conveniently placed for Yamagata station and the many izakayas and bars surrounding it. Once you've found the correct elevator to get up to the lobby, staff greet you friendly. Room was comfortable with, as mentioned, great view.

As mentioned, the lobby can be a bit hard to find, and some better sign-posting on the entrance level to the tower would be helpful.

Convenience store downstairs Staffs are very helpful Although they are not English speaking but they try their very best to explain with a mobile translator. Laundrette is all available on the 20th level and it has very good drying machine Room is small but it’s ok for 2 pax with minimum belongings

Access key only one and quite inconvenient if one person has to be out and other person will need to open the door as the access card need to be slot for the electricity. Windows can be opened it would be good to be able to open a little at least for some Ventilation

I liked the hotel was close to the train station. The price was also good.

It was hard to find because there are no signs in English for the name of the hotel at ground level. Also need to go up to 24th floor to reception, then take a separate elevator down to room. And room was a bit tight between bed and desk, the chair was not in a good place.

A stunning view of the city, the moon, the stars, and the distant mountains, from the hotel's window! The location is very central buses, the train station, taxis, restaurants, and shops are all very close at hand. The staff were always willing to help. Plenty of amenities are left out for bathroom necessities. The building is very quiet which enhances the relaxation of the stay. Several speedy lifts give easy access to the rooms and the shops. Very nice!

There wasn't a breakfast service at the time of my visit. That might be because I stayed during weekdays in the month of October. I'm sure they have a buffet breakfast service at busier times of the week (weekends) and the year (spring and summer, no doubt). However, the hotel is very close to street-level cafes and restaurants. And, there were evening dinners available within the hotel. I couldn't connect to the WiFi. This might be because of the height of the building (24-floors) but there wasn't any problem using my smartphone. So, just a couple of very small hindrances to mention at a very nice place!

Location, next to the station. Tho its a bit tricky to find because theres no signage in the building.

They dont give a late check-out for free eventho only for one hour. It is usually subjected to the availability, how busy the hotel is. If the hotel busy, they cant give it out. But if its available and guest only ask for an hour, they usually give it free of charge. Perhaps different policy here. And the wifi is not very reliable

near station

difficult to find as it was on 24th floor of commercial bldg & all directions were in Japaneses] only. Checked in late so had to enter a dark corridor of bldg [had to guess where to go]. finally found lobby on 24th floor. your web page o=or email to customer should clearly explain how to find hotel. Also, no English instructions in hotel room [air conditioner, remote for lights, etc.] Pick up from hotel was complicated as no ground floor lobby to wait at. Suggest having English info.

A bit old school business hotel for those 90s vibes. Super clean, excellent location connected to train station (no need to go even outside!), comfortable rooms with great views from 19th floor or above. Has a penthouse bar and a very good laundry / drier.

Breakfast is not included, and is a bit pricey (¥1500), so I didn’t try it. Might be worth it still, not sure as I didn’t try it.

The staff speak good English and were extremely helpful in making bookings. They were also very efficient in checking in, luggage storage and check out. Location can’t be better. It’s connected to the JR station through a covered bridge. Family mart downstairs. Good value for money.

Room was clean and quiet. There is a mini desk for you to work and tea to drink too. Front desk gave me 1 hour early check in :)

Not much food option directly outside hotel. but not an issue as i can walk over to the other side of the station for more food. Hard to locate hotel lift if you dont read japanese. Please put more signage for tourist to spot your hotel.
