It's very easy to get into the property. They provide the electronic key upfront. The location is close to Allianz Parque Arena,this what I was looking for. The staff was super helpful in all circumstances, the WIFI worked very well. The property has a gym and a room with washing machines.

The sound protection could be better - you can hear everything what is going on in the corridor or next rooms. The English-speaking staff could be of advantage.

Location was nice.

The mattress was too worn at one side, there was no lighting over the table and it was hard to work. There were no forks only spoons and knives.

Had to call because I didn't receive door code prior to arrival.

The place is very well located, also the door without a key is great. Having a garage also helped a lot.

I really did not like the bed, it needs to be changed immediately . About the cleaning, nobody came even to check if something needed to be done during my staying.

The check in was a nightmare already. The building is in fact residential and a portion of the apartments is rented out AirBnB style. The receptionist of the building upon arrival at 3pm spoke zero English. Finally I understood that I should have received the access codes for the 2 apartments rented somehow by mail (which hadn't been the case). Since roaming in Brazil comes at ridiculous costs and we basically came straight from the airport I had no data connection on my mobile. Finally I managed to get by the security in the lounge and accessed Wifi. There I found messages from 360suites inside the booking app with the information. The next problem ist that you have to check in on the 360suites website, which only exists in Portuguese....and to check in you need a CPF (whatever this is....by now I found out it is the personal Brazilian tax number, which obviously foreigners don't have). Since this thing is a mandatory field and needs a certain format, I needed to experiment until it finally accepted my input....So after well over an hour I was finally checked in just to find out that the WiFi was not working. So for every communication with 360suites I needed to go down 11 floors to the lounge always to find out that messages were 90% answered in Portuguese....Not to mention WiFi didn't work through the entire stay of 2 days. Checkout is supposed to work through the same website, however the checkout button is always inactive. So this provider is completely unprepared for non.Brazilians.

Cleanliness and state of the furniture - old broken couch.

Location is good and downstairs facilities.

Wasn’t very clean or well kept! Very humid and photos are not realistic! Won’t be back.

The only good thing is the location.

Filthy room with balcony’s door broken, no bed linen for everyone, glass curtain not working properly, car park tag not working, blackout curtain damaged and not working… it’s very poorly place to be in.
