I found location is good, especially if one were to have a view of the grass near the highway area. Considering this is in the middle of town, it is really quiet with a nice neighborhood nearby to walk the dog. In addition, the representative behind the desk found a room next to one of the exits on the first floor, so we can easily go outside for a walk or bathroom break. This place is cozy and relaxing. Soft sheets, kitchenette, comfy chair.

I liked almost all elements of my stay; for people who want breakfast, the hotel didn't offer that feature this time around. Still, the have 25 hr coffee and beverages throughout the night.

The young lady at the front desk was kind, friendly and pleasant. She took the time to explain all that we needed to know. I forgot her name . The room was clean and I loved the little shop with snacks and common forgotten necessities.

I sort of wish that there was a way hotel could go turn on your icemaker once they assign a room #, that way you have ice ready when you check in. I didn't care for waiting for ice. I was definitely not the end of the world but with no other option I would have grabbed a bag from the gas station.

It is a great place to stay if you are just passing through. The bed is very comfortable and the room is very clean. The front desk staff is very attentive all night.

This motel franchise allows pets. While it is not a major annoyance, the room across from me had a large dog that would bark loudly any time I went in or out of my room. I had a little fun with the owners however, and caused the dog to bark at weird hours of the night just by shutting or opening my door.

First room we received hadn’t been cleaned. They were very apologetic and gave us an upgrade on next room. Booked through Booking and paid through Booking prior to arriving. Hotel charged our card also. Called hotel the next day and they again apologized and credited my card. The reasoning was that Booking does not calculate tax correctly so the amount paid to hotel by Booking didn’t match actual amount due so I was charged the full amount.

Clean and comfortable stay. Facility felt new. Evening front desk staff not overly friendly or helpful, but the daytime staff more than made up for that. It was our first time at a "My Place Hotel", and based on our experience, we would stay at this hotel or another one in the chain again.

A small breakfast would have been nice.

This is a very clean, comfortable, quiet and safe hotel. I appreciated the full size refrigerator and the large microwave. Also appreciated that the window opens - something many newer hotels have eliminated. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. Definitely would stay here again.

I liked having a grill area

I wish you could Borrow cookware from The front desk and return it clean. We weren’t aware there was a kitchen. It gets old eating out all the time when traveling. It would also be nice if they kept the ice makers working all the time in the rooms. Not enough ice is produced over night

Staff was helpful with questions, and room was good. We were able to do laundry , and cost was not too bad.

Kitchen didn’t have any dishes or any utensils whatsoever. I was told I could rent these. We decided to eat out. Easy in and out.

The staff was very helpful. When one of us inadvertently left a purse behind in the common area, the woman behind the desk remembered which room we were in, call us and knocked on our door to return it before we noticed it was missing.

Nice to have a kitchen! Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Kind of a bare-bones place--no plates, silverware, etc. in the room's kitchen, for example. That had to be "rented" from the front desk. No breakfast included (could purchase items), no ice machine, fitness center or pool.
