The location is excellent as the hotel building is above the shopping mall and also at the exit of the metro line. Other shopping malls are also next door and across the street. Very accessible for food and shopping. Everything is just so convenient for my family as it is our first time in Guangzhou. Staff are very helpful and patient with our various types of questions.

The buffet breakfast is a bit simple with some daily changes. We understand that it is a service apartment hotel but it will be even better if more choices are provided.

The location is just next to subway and many shopping malls around . For better bargain buys go to Tianhe Festival Walk (underground just outside TeeMall) about 10 mins walk from Fraser Suites. Beijing Road Pedestrian Street is about 10 mins by taxi . If using the local app (Didi) it cost between 16RMB to 20RMB one way . The Suite is spacious, modern , clean and well equipped with microwave and washer/dryer. The staff are courteous and friendly . A special mention to Mike the concierge for his kind assistance during our stay .

Great location is the reason why we chose Fraser Suites GZ. Even in bad weather or on very warm days, nearby malls are connected via underpass hence it is really convenient for shopping and grocery runs. This is a great bonus for our family.

The car drop off / pick up area is located in the back alleys that are usually seeing heavy traffic and can be intense during peak hours when cars are competing with trucks unloading goods in the back alleys can cause significant delays. After a while we figured out the best way to get into our ride is via the northern exit through the mall.

This is my preferred hotel, and I rarely consider staying anywhere else because it’s simply excellent. The location is unbeatable, with shopping malls, restaurants, and everything I need close by. The rooms are spacious and feature a small kitchenette fully equipped for cooking if I choose to. I often visit the nearby market to prepare small meals, which adds to the convenience of my stay. Middle Eastern restaurants are just five minutes away, and there’s a McDonald’s right downstairs for a quick bite. Plus, the hotel is only 10 minutes from the International Fair Center, making it an ideal choice for both business and leisure trips.

Excellent property with good quality, modern rooms. Master bed was massive (2 Queen beds combined). Staff spoke good English and were very helpful. Rooms are large. Property is directly connected to a mall, with plenty of restaurants in B1 level. B1 also connects to the Metro and continues with underpass connection into another luxury mall on the opposite side of the road. Breakfast was OK, with choices for Western and Asian cuisine.

I enjoyed my stay at Faser Suites since its location was close to many shopping centers like Central Park and Grandview malls. The OneLink Mall is in the same building and offers an array of shops and restaurants. There are many restaurants walking distance which made it very convenient. Rooms are very spacious with a nice size closet space. Bed is confortable. Decent kitchen area, lacking a few utensils but okay. Overall, a great hotel to stay in TIANHE. I stayed 3 nights and decided to book another 3. I always want to make sure that I am getting what I booked. And this one did not disappoint.

Suggestion for more cooking utensils.

Location is awesome as it is right smack in the Tianhe shopping district with easy access to a few big trendy malls in Guangzhou such as Zheng Jia Mall and Parc Central. The hotel itself is also located at a mall named One Link and has a subway station just right in the basement. The hotel staff are all very courteous and smiley. I particularly like that our room itself has a combined washing machine and dryer, enabling us to wash our clothes easily at our own pace. Shower has good water pressure and room is very spacious. Overall we had a really good stay.

Really nothing much to comment on this. If we were to nitpick, the bed is just a tad too soft but we understand this is entirely subjective.

We were upgraded to an executive two bedroom suite and boy we were super appreciative of the kind gesture. Special thanks to Amelia at Reception. The view from the apartment was amazing! It was a home away from home, with all the creature comforts you would expect from a 5 star hotel. It was in a convenient location just above Shipaiqiao MTR and super easy access to Shenzhen East Railway Station to connect to Shenzhen. Close to lots of restaurants and malls.

The buffet breakfast was good but could have offered more variety. We were there for 5 nights and we found that the breakfast menu was quite repetitious.

I liked the location of the hotel and its proximity to shopping malls and the presence of a private entrance to the mall from the hotel, the cleanliness, and the staff were all friendly. I would like to extend special thanks to Mr. Edward at the reception, he was very nice and took care of the guests.

The smell of cooking from the adjacent rooms spreads to my room, especially in the evening But I overcame the smell with perfume.
