Only issue was we were sent many emails in advance and many were in French. When we arrived at the property nobody was there. We had told them that we would be arriving late. After 30 mins of trying to call somebody happened to pass by who showed us the loick box and gave us the code. Lucky! Otherwise I dont know what we would have done. On the day of checkout we received an email from booking.com with the instruvtions for how to check in out of hours....

Beautiful area. Great for hiking - lots of routes (but make sure to have a map explaining how to following the yellow signs). Local restaurant Le Schuss and Sol&Monta on the top are recommendable

Hard to find. Don't trust your navigation app! It will take you on very narrow roads. Would have preferred a slightly bigger town - or even better - access to Alpe d'Huez via lifts.

Excellent appartment in a nice, quiet and newly constructed building. Swimming pool is rather small, but surely ok with access to terrace and sauna and hammam. Cosy town with daily activities to keep you busy (quiz, tournaments, karaoke,...). Bike renting was excellent!

Rooms are big enough and well equiped. We had nice view on Alps. Big plus is to have parking inside the building. You have everything what you need.

Penalties for failure to comply with any of the cleaning rules. I didn't feel completely at ease. Despite spending time cleaning I was not sure if something would be questioned. I took pictures at the end to have proves. Swimming pool was open on Saturday from 16-19 only.

The apartment was large, mostly well equipped and modern and had really good views of the mountains

The check in/ out times feel like a rip off. We booked for two nights but couldn't check in until 5pm and check out by 10am. This meant that a two night stay is only actually 41 hours! Our room also only had a microwave and a hob, no oven limiting what you can cook. The location given on booking.com is also incorrect for the hotel. It tries to take you to the top of Col du Madonna which is about 2 km past the hotel up a ski run! This meant that the sat nav initially took us up the wrong windy mountain road and wanted us to drive across mountain tracks to the resort.

Clean, spacious, new apartment with a nice view of the mountains. Easy access to the ski lift and ski locker room in the building. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The sauna, hammam, and pool were nice to use after a day of skiing, although it got quite busy and these facilities were only open until 7 pm. Overall, I would recommend this place!

Keep in mind that Auris en Oisans is inconvenient to reach if you don't travel by car but are dependent upon public transport/taxi. It is definitely possible to reach, but busses don't go regularly and taxis are quite expensive.

The accommodation is new and fresh, nice large living area, beds comfortable

One fo the bathrooms had a bad small, which made it unusable. I did report it after check in, but short of providing us an air freshener, the issue was unresolved

The building is new and modern. Family appartments are vast, with comfortable beds, fitting easily a 5-person family with teenagers. Very nice Sauna/Hammam and swimming pool. Ski lift 50 meters away from the ski room! Very nice and sunny terrace/balcony in each appartment. Very well organized and spacy ski room.

location and staff. lovely hotel.

don't like that you have to pay extra for bed linen and cleaning. also fridge didn't come with freezer.

Designed in a very practical way. Quite clean. Close to the slopes. Nice pool + sauna.

I’ve been in hospitals which are cozier than the living room of our apartment. No cutting board in the kitchen.
