Bathroom was clean, location was good, hotel interiors were beautiful. Miss Priya was very kind, pleasant and helpful, she deserves a kudos to ensure guest comfort and was always there whenever I texted her regarding anything!

Bedsheets and pillow covers could be cleaner. Watchman who works during morning time was a bit annoying with regards to parking and heavily judgemental, he was passing personal comments on us (which shouldn't be any of his business).

Location and Staff

Room Service not available when it is required. Since the guests are mainly devotees visiting the temple, there should be provision for tea/coffee when they leave and/or come back from the temple. At least from 5.00 am onwards. Restaurant timing has to be changed. We had breakfast outside, at 7.30 am. Here the Restaurant opens only at 8.00 am ! Most of the devotees first see and pray to Guruvayoorappan when they wake up in the morning. (as I do everyday, which I could not do here). It would be nice if a Photo of Guruvayoorappan is provided in the room. There was a slight foul smell in the room, room freshner has to be provided. Consider maintaining the approach road at your expense if the Municipality is not doing it.

Though I spent most of time in temple, which was my main purpose but the room was Very clean, compact plus walkable to temple as well. Their staff were nice and supportive when I approached them. Infact I booked for 2 days but on first day I checked in literally about 5-6 hours before checkout. So when I was about to pay for room, I realized that they have charged only half a day only even without any request. This is a real surprise to me as I see many hotels charge fully and even don't reduce any amount after request as well.

This place is very very close to the temple, I have been to the temple several times, first time to this property, its relatively new and well maintained, I would rate this as one of the top 5 properties situated on the South side of temple. Getting to the temple from south side is easy and reaching South Nada from this property is very easy, very secure place since its super close to Police station, and finally for old people, its easy to get to the temple. There is a restaurant in the ground floor that serves great food which is open till 10:30 at night. I saw some reviews rooms were small, we were 2 people and room was big enough - Finally special mention to the front office staff, the Chef and General Manager who made us feel at Home, away from Home

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel! The room was spacious and well-maintained, offering a clean and comfortable environment. The ambiance was delightful, creating a pleasant atmosphere throughout my visit. The proximity to Guruvayoor Temple, just a 5-minute walk away, was incredibly convenient. Overall, a highly enjoyable experience with excellent cleanliness and a prime location.

'Harivaram Yuga' is a stylish, neat and homely hotel. 'Guruvayur' is a national level pilgrimage location, so you will see all kind of people from backpackers to real bhakthi yogis. Hope 'Harivaram Yuga' would be able to make mark across all. Really impressed with the tasty food served at Nivedyam restaurant. The art works done all around the hotel and at reception also very nice. All of the restaurant staff were very courteous.

Anything to improve would be at the front desk, to be more warm and welcoming.

Staying for the 2nd time in last 3 months. The ambience and close proximity to the temple is excellent. Very clean rooms and facilities. Staff livery to be upgraded for a pleasant presentation.

Would appreciate the tea / coffee stations in all rooms as kitchen opens by 8 am only and closes by 10 pm. Must keep breakfast hot and warm in the casseroles.

Professional service and a warm welcome at Reception and in the restaurant. The restaurant staff were so friendly and happy to help us.

Road outside was very rough,but not to be helped as temporary roadworks going on. Clearer signage would have helped us to locate the hotel a little more quickly. A kettle in the room with tea and coffee after a long journey and early wake up to go to the temple would have been welcomed. WiFi needed a little assistance on the first floor.

Clean and well Organized

Location it's been inside and We had dinner in hotel itself it was terrible which we had noodles was spoiled and Fried rice was not cooked properly waste of money. I will suggest that either you need to close down the Restaurant no use at all or please put nice chef and Staff. Because order taker doesn't know about Menu and lack of communication etc. One time good experience. We will think about next visit.
