The hotel is excellent in location, presentation, facilities and staff. The staff went above and beyond (eg handing you a glass of water as you return from a jog, and providing sandwiches for breakfast when we checked out at 6am): nothing was too much trouble and pushed the experience to '10'. Complimentary bikes so you can cycle round the lake. Delicious breakfast. Would stay here again in a heart beat.

The hotel is in a lovely position with easy access to swimming in the lake (the water quality is drinking water!); the ferry that plies up and down; and a town centre with shops, cafés and restaurants. We stayed in the little pavilion right on the lake, so we had a marvellous view and also air conditioning. Breakfast on the terrace with the fountain tinkling is a treat!

We would love to have stayed longer!

The bed sheet was too small for a large person, access to water should be a little more kid friendly like maybe a deck at water surface? Play area for kids, weight room for fitness for adults

The Seehotel Astoria is an elegant old hotel that has been beautifully maintained and updated. Our suite on the lake was beautiful, with large living space, and access to a rooftop patio. The sauna facility in the same building was perfect after a day of hiking around the community. The breakfast buffet was fresh and filling, and the dining area was light and beautiful.

Not very modern and up to date facilities or interior, but a cozy, warm and honest hotel. Historic building and scenic, central location. Great dock area and swimming opportunities. Huge rooms with around 3 m height to ceiling on our second floor rooms. We really enjoyed our stay.

Could have aircon on summer days like this. For kids it can get really warm eventhough you can air out well.

This was a great Hotel. The sundeck was right off the water and provided great access to the lake. The food was excellent, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Great breakfast on their wonderful outdoor patio. EBikes were available at the property and advice on where to cycle was available from the staff.

Situation and view on the lake is 5 star. Staff is just perfect!

Rooms furniture could be a little bit more nice and fresh. The villa itself looks something from the 19th century, but rooms furniture is from an avarage 4 star business hotel.

It’s a beautiful place with excellent facilities. The staff are all very nice and the location is perfect. I felt so relaxed and refreshed after staying here. I will be back.

Great staff. Large private parking lot. Very good breakfast. An interesting building from the last century. There is a small sauna.

We were unlucky with the number. It turned out to be very small with windows overlooking the tennis courts. A small beach.

An interesting proposition for the active and those who appreciate peace, quiet and space to relax. The hotel is located a few dozen meters from the lake, with its own "beach", that is, a place where you can rest on deck chairs overlooking the mountains. Clean rooms, very good breakfasts and friendly staff. Active people will appreciate the many bicycle routes, including the one around the lake (about 45 km). I highly recommend this hotel.
