Quality Hotel Match is part of a well-known hotel chain and is distinguished by its excellent location by the sea. The front desk staff are friendly and provide helpful service when requested. The hotel offers a diverse breakfast buffet in a spacious and beautiful dining hall with a magical view. The family room is large and spacious, with a wide bathroom that is suitable for the elderly and people with special needs. The parking area is large and spread over two levels, with charging stations available for hybrid cars, though the parking fees are relatively high.

The breakfast was out of this world. Amazing! So many hot and cold choices, beautifully presented and incredibly tasty. 100% impressed with this breakfast amenity. View from our 12th floor room was stunning. Hotel is very close to the train/bus station - convenient. Walking/bike path access two minutes away.

The location of the hotel couldn´t be more central, which is what we were looking for. The view from the room is incredible. We booked a room with view of the lake, and it also had an amazing view of the city. The restaurant is very good.

The cost / benefit ratio was terrible as the room cost the same as a very nice room in Paris or London. We understand about revenue management, and are OK with that, but this time we think the hotel might have exaggerated a little.

The view from the room is fantastic! The Sunrise every morning is the most recharging thing I could get. The room is big and the restaurant has very good choices.

The eleveators are not enough when there are many visitors lodging. The garage is terribly narrow. I always park in the parking lot opposite the hotel. A minibar wiht at least few beverages would be better to have. The TV wasn't working and I couldn't set the temperature of the room

Modern and well equipped hotel with some nice quirky facilities like games in the lobby. Location right next to lake and downtown area. A 7-10 minute walk to pier and multiple restaurants. Staff very helpful and breakfast was very complete. View was excellent over the lake from high rise building. On-site parking at reasonable cost

Very nice location, nice staff , very good breakfast, a nice hotel if you are going to stay for one night, and you don't have any clothes you need to hang up.

All the rooms are pretty small, there was only one hanger in the room, even though it has an ironboard, the towels were very bad quality or washed too many times for a 2 year old hotel. It was quite expensive for the size of the rooms.

The hotel is brand new, room was clean. Great view from the room. The relax area is perfect, I used the hot tub and sauna. Breakfast was awesome. The best hotel I ever stayed in Sweden.

I've been in Jönköping before the hotel was constructed. This time, when I was at Stadsparken I realized the hotel building kinda ruined the city landscape. Because it's all black and high and contrast too much with the classic colorful scandinavian buildings and the mild enviroment colors. The glass should have lighter color, like light blue, to fade in the sky. Such a high building is also a waste not having a rooftop area, the relaxation area is actually at a lower floor.

Hotel rooms were good, the standard and decor was good, very peaceful, staff were friendly, and the view and location was great.

No Mini-fridge in the room, cleaning of the room needs to be arranged at reception the day before, the air conditioning takes around 2-3 hours (not an exaggeration) to have an effect.

Convenient location next to the train station and walking distance to the city center. We got a room on the 14th floor with great views over both the city and lake Vättern. Great breakfast buffet. Easy access from the municipal parking garage (+/- 420 SEK for 37 hours of parking).

One person on the desk when we arrived around 17.30 five couples trying to book in 👎. No information directly had to ask as we were handed the key and told where the lifts were! Staff didn’t ask if we enjoyed our two night stay👎 Very slow with clearing breakfast plates a lot of people had to fix it themselves. Young people probably trying there best but no manager to guide them. No hotel experience.
