I stayed here for 2 nights when the power was shut off due to the fires. The room was basic, but it was very clean. The staff was very friendly and polite. The room was equipped with a small refrigerator/freezer and a microwave. There were several fast food places within walking distance, along with gas stations for snacks and beverages. It was a short drive back and forth to check on things at home.

The bed pillows were not the greatest (lumpy foam) and the heater was a little noisy when it turned on and off. Overall, I slept well and got used to the heater noise.

All the people who helped us were so gracious and pleasant. Very clean, well-maintained room. Beds comfortable, everything in good working order, except for refrigerator somewhat noisy (compressor?) So we just unplugged it. The major bonus is the location, only 3 blocks from our family 's home we were spending Christmas with 🤗

The staff was incredibly friendly, polite and informative. The rooms were super clean and tidy. The bed was very very comfortable, plenty of pillows. Nothing super luxurious, but it was a super pleasurable stay and very conveniently located.

The walls might be a little thin. Nothing that bothered me, but sometimes I could hear it when people were speaking loudly in the room next to ours.

Bathroom could have been a little more clean and the room smelled a little like smoke.

Staff was very accommodating. Room was of good size and comfortable. Room lighting was excellent. Modern electrical ports. Shower hot with good pressure. Expect to stay here again when in the area.

Internet claimed a continental breakfast, not available. Other tenants up late and noisy.

The room was nice and the jacuzzi tube was awesome.

The service. The man behind the counter was rude, I didn't know I needed a cash deposit even though I paid with ATM but it felt like I wasn't trusted and needed cash. He kept going over the "rules" like I didn't understand them (all of them) I felt like I was being watched and in fact I was, when I went in the lobby he commented that he saw me.

Wash DC is pricey. Room rates arr high Compared to the rest of the nation. Parking $38 a night which I still find very expensive.
