We liked the location and the accommodation by itself. The apartment is close to a shopping street, lunchbars, the train-station and supermarkets. The apartment was spacious enough for 3 pax (room for 5 with the bedsofa). And had everything we needed. What we also liked is the option to rent a space for our car in the building-garage.

What we didn’t like so much is that only the living room had airco. So and night during the hot season (july/aug) the other rooms don’t get as cold as you would want to. A fan would be a good option to circulate the air. Or even better a additional airco in the masterbed room. But you are in a hot country so you know this could be the situation. The only real dislike was the toughness and hardness of the bed mattresses. They were too hard. Good for 1 or 2 nights a problem for more (for us).

Our apartment was comfortable and clean. The member of staff on reception was very helpful and polite. The kitchenette had just about enough equipment for cooking, and it was great to have a proper oven and a proper cafetiere. The wifi worked well and there was plenty of hot water.

Obviously being on a main road in the centre of the city, the apartment had road noise. Less obvious, but annoying, were the very thin walls which meant we could hear everything from the next apartment. Also the bathroom ventilation is not good so it smells a bit damp.

On the baclony no table & chair and it was a little bit dirty. No cleaning stuff with you can wash the glasses or anything else. No coffee for the coffee machine. The gym could be opened before 9 am but the personnel was very kind and they gave me the leys with 1 night before so I coul get inside of the gym earlier.

The apartment is very organised and layed out very nice.

the tv was not smart TV, so no Youtube, Netflix, etc.. only spanish channels, the heating is a centrelaside system, and it was cold, i called the number they gave me, but was not much help and no one checked it out, the parking underground you have to pay extra , but it is very convenient.

Stayed here a few times, for myself excellent location. They now supply a kettle which is much better than boiling a pan. Spacious apartment.

It would have been nice to be able to change some of the TV stations to English.

Pila - the staff was friendly and helpful as usual. We've stayed at this property year after year on our journey to Spain. The apartment is beautiful, with underground parking and it feels like home from home.

Noisy street. We did ask about staying longer, and changing apartments, and he was very accommodating. We were very happy with our apartment - it was cute and modern and well-equipped! Thank you, Marc!!

It is centric for shopping , train station, taxis, museums, etc. The apartment is cosy and comfortable.

Everything was as I expected.

Katia at the front desk was so kind. The apartment was spacious and so clean. Everything worked. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Nothing to dislike.

It was very nice, the staff was super nice ,the location was good plenty of restaurants, the train station very close. I Would love to use the propertie again.
