The staff were so wonderful… and they had Gluten free bread on hand! The rooms were cozy and so clean.

For the price I was expecting a breakfast with eggs and sausage or something more like that. They had a wonderful pancake machine and toast and cereal and all that… wonderful it was so clean and abundant. But for the price a warm breakfast would have been nice.

The hotel is close to the highway, it was very clean and quiet, walking distance from a restaurant and very close to a grocery store. There is also a charging station for electric cars, which we used. The lady at the reception desk was very pleasant.

The only thing we didn’t like was the size of the pillows. We found them to be too big and « puffy »; a bit hard on the neck.

The staff were all friendly and helpful. Beds are very comfortable.

The only disappointment is that the breakfast area is very small and therefore the selection is too. Still enjoyed the breakfast but would have enjoyed scrambled eggs or sausage, etc

Very nice room, spacious. Well outfitted. The B'fast was good as was the coffee. Lots of room had it been busy. Plenty of food options nearby. WiFi worked great.

Something was leaking over the ceiling by reception. I pointed it out to the staff and they had alerted management. The room AC unit blew directly on the bed. It wasn't bad but were you someone that this might have bothered it could have been a deal breaker .... it did not bother me. This was stop 5 of 4 and admittedly, I had a stop in Swift Current at a Motel6 that was as nice as this for half the cost however the B'fast was better than the Motel6.

Close to highway for an easy exit after a long day of driving; friendly, helpful staff; lemon juice water at the front desk; clean and quiet for a needed good night’s sleep;

Not enough space to do morning exercises; Breakfast truly unappealing and certainly not healthy; area around the hotel not pleasant, ugly and dangerous

I’ve stayed a few times before and I’ve never been disappointed. Staff is always very friendly and professional. The rooms are impeccably clean. The bed is very comfortable also.

Convenient location close to 417 Highway. Short driving distance from Ottawa, where room rates were considerably much higher due to last-minute booking.

Too few fruits offered for free continental breakfast.

It was clean, spacious, toiletries were nice. Breakfast was good, staff was great. Loved the pantry you could charge to your room if needed.

Day 2, there was no pancake batter and no one around to ask for help to fill it - so the kids were disappointed. Coffee was so-so.

They upgraded our room from standard to the suite for free, this is the second time too. Five star service every time I check into this hotel.

The bed could use one more pillow (that’s just my liking tho), and the standard room has no fridge or microwave.
