Everything! The room was big, clean, comfortable and beautiful with an attached porch. Breakfast was delicious, copious and set outside - makes you feel life is good! The swimming pool was simply paradise after scalding under the sun in the Valle dei Templi (a must do in Sicily). Communication was easy, instructions were clear and if I lived in Europe I would come to this place multiple times, I just hope to be back!

Nothing! Everything was perfect!

It was a nice quiet location away from the city and it was only a 15 minute drive to the Valley of Temples. It was a little difficult to find as our GPS kept directing us to somewhere else. However we eventually found it. The room was large and the bed comfortable. Our room was downstairs and quite dark. Please note there were a lot of stairs to the downstairs rooms. There were restaurants and a beach nearby. The property provided a very nice breakfast. My husband was pleased there were boiled eggs at breakfast.

The grout in the shower was thick with mould. It needs a really good scrub.

We booked a room with terrace in line with the booking.com description, but were informed that there is just a room for us without terrace, so the relevant information needs to be updated; you need a car to get around as there are no shops/restaurants within walking distance

With a stunning pool surrounded by lush palm trees, we truly felt like we had escaped to an oasis. The tranquil atmosphere combined with the beautiful natural surroundings made it the perfect place to unwind. The breakfast was fantastic, offering a variety of fresh and delicious options to start the day right. The pool itself was a highlight, seamlessly integrated into the greenery, providing a serene and refreshing retreat.

No complains!

It was very close to the beach, it was private with safe parking, the house had great charisma and wonderful pool area. The host Fausto is an amazing and humble man, always helpful and smiling. Thare are two cute dogs at the property. It’s a 10min drive to Agrigento and 2min to the beach. Recomend bar called Oceano Mare. Wonderful staff and food.

The aircondition had a pipe leading to a basket which made dripping noises abd that could be a bit disturbing if you have shallow sleep.

Pool was big. Breakfast was was nice. Bed was comfortable foam. Good size fridge in room.

A little run down. Property next to the villa has load dogs and one day was burning a brisk pile which made a lot of smoke around the pool area. The air conditioning had a condensation pipe running into a bucket in the bathroom that made a loud drip sound that would have drove me crazy if I didn't make a temporary fix myself.

Spacious room with outdoor patio. Mini fridge and lots of room for baggage. Great bathroom and comfy bed.

Information sometimes difficult to obtain (language barrier maybe)

Host was friendly and accommodating. Rooms were sound oroof and private. The pool and pool beds were clean and comfortable.

The gardens needed weeding and mowing ss the grass was long and weeds everywhere.

Lovely oasis setting. The pool was delightful. Everything was very clean. A nice simple breakfast to start the day. The staff was excellent.

Beautiful gardens and lovely swimming pool. Though chilly for May still enjoyed a swim. Room and ensuite a good size and nice patio area. Host was charming. Breakfast on the terrace was excellent. Very good location for Valley of temples, exploring coast, finding remote beaches etc

We were there just as the season was starting so San Leone was quiet and places were only just opening, but there are a couple of restaurants in walking distance otherwise the main strip is a drive away. Small niggles, bed sheet too small and no duvet cover.
