It was very clean, the staff were really lovely. The pool was clean and fresh. The cleaners were helpful and hardworking. It is close to amazing restaurants and the sea which is full of fish and very clear. Views great. Breakfasts fabulous. Very authentic Spanish/catalan.

Bought 2 alcoholic drinks which came to over 13 euros which is more than double than what you would pay in a beachfront restaurant in town. One night there was a thunderstorm but not much atmosphere just sitting in lobby much better in town. Maybe we were unlucky but the weather was just ok. Windy and/or overcast or dull all week.

We had a very nice family room. Really spacious, great views. The bar and lobby are very nice, lovely and airy, very nice to sit at on a hot day. The breakfast was very nice.

Our check in was very chaotic and took a long time. They did not seem to have enough staff. When we eventually got the key, it was wrong and we entered someone else's room, there was already a family inside which was very awkward. We had to return to the lobby with all our bags and get the correct key, this was not a great experience to start our visit.

If there would be anything to complain about (nothing really), the view from the hotel will make for it. It is amazing. The hotel is very clean. Nice big family rooms. Decent food selection for breakfast and dinners and lots of areas to relax. The staff, Alex, Kiara, Mohamed (Moha) and Gloria, will do anything to make your stay the best experience ever. We will come back again. If you are looking to rest and relax. This is a nice place. Thank You.

Sometimes things break but they fix them fast.

You can sip a delicious Piña Colada on the terrace while taking in stunning views of the city and the pool below. The atmosphere is peaceful, and the staff were genuinely warm and kind, making the experience even more enjoyable. Nice and cozy room.

The pillows could be a little better. The shower was good but not stable, it kept going from super hot to cold (on every ocasion). Definitely the quality of the food at diner could really be improved. The breakfast was really good.

The outside and swimming pool area were great. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. The view from the balcony was gorgeous. The location was perfect, not far from the city centre and nice beach. Parking was always available, dedicated hotel staff was managing parking lots at the evening, very convenient. Bar was affordable and had a decent choice of drinks. Even bubble tea was available. The room was cleaned every day, and the cleaning staff treated us always with extra towels, also for the outside use. We took breakfast only once, and it was decent with a magical view from the terrace. The staff in the dining room was maintaining the breakfast quickly, including table cleaning. There was no waiting at all. Separate toilet was also very convenient and appreciated 🙂 We enjoyed our stay at the hotel, if we will be back , this place will be our first choice.

Actually nothing, there just some things to be improved. Some chairs and a small table were missing in the room. Also the bath room was very small, a jacuzzi should be exchanged to a walk in shower. Would be much more practical. Or at least a curtain should be placed somehow . Since the toilet is being separated from the bathroom, a small sink should be appreciated there.

The view at the pool and at the restaurant is breathtaking. Breakfast was very good, diverse and tasty - definitely worth it. Room was clean, spacious and with lots of natural light. The small terrace was useful for drying up clothes. The pool was amazing, clean and pretty big - you get pool towels every day. On checkout day, the receptionist offered us to enjoy the facilities even after leaving our room.

Part of the staff from the reception and housekeeping had an attitude. When we got there in extreme heat before check-in time, a certain receptionist didn't even offer to store our luggage or at least say welcome. After asking, she barely agreed to do so. Housekeeping was done at very inappropriate times - at around 2pm - when usually people want to rest. You can imagine the noise. Also doors were very noisy and squeaky and were violently slammed all the time.

The beds were so comfortable and it was very quiet throughout the night. The breakfast was great too. We had room to the side of the hotel so we didn't have much of a view but the view from the general area is absolutely beautiful.

Lack of security -- one of my friends left her blazer in the patio to go to the restroom, leaving nothing but her sunglasses and tobacco in the blazer pocket. She came back with the pocket inside out and the staff isn't able to do anything about the loss. No security cameras whatsoever. Luckily, it wasn't anything very valuable, but I'd be extra careful about my belongings for future visits, valuable or not.

We liked pretty much everything, especially the view from the hotel. Our room was close to the far side of the hotel and overlooked the bay and the beach. We truly enjoyed our 3-day stay. The receptionists and stuff were very helpful and welcoming. All facilities, the pool and the breakfast were superb. A beautiful and bright hotel located up in the hill, recommended for couples and families.

I would not say we did not like it (it is rather a compromise you have to make if you want a great view to the sea), but you need to note that the hotel is located up in the hill and you need to be prepared to take 10 min steep walk to get to the beach / town center (easy with a car, if you have one). But then we realized there was a bus running up and down the hill, if you are ready to wait.

The reception staff were friendly and professional. The room was very clean, quiet and comfortable with a nice shower. The hotel generally has an up-market feel with a lovely pool ( although we did not use it ) and view of the town from the terrace. The hotel is up the hill but the walk to town was not too far so this was not an issue for us. Parking is charged extra but we found free on street parking not far away. We would definitely stay again.

Parking could have been included.
