The hotel deposit which wasn’t mentioned until upon arrival which should have been POINTED OUT BY BOOKING.COM IN BOLD LETTERS OR UPON BOOKING..Thank Goodness we had enough funds to continue our vacation

Well kept hotel with great proximity to the beach! We could have walked, but it was easier to drive half a mile and use the large public parking lot. Everything was clean and comfortable, and the breakfasts in the morning had a good selection.

The only thing I missed was a water bottle refill station. Most hotels will now have either a lemon water dispenser or some other designated water stations, ESPECIALLY when they're close to outdoor activities... But this hotel did not. If you fill your bottles before 10 am while breakfast is open then you're okay, but after that they turn off/unplug the machine and your only option would to be buying individual bottles water at their front desk store... Or going elsewhere, of course.

The trash truck ran extremely early to empty dumpsters on Saturday morning which woke us up as for a solid 10 minutes their back up alarm kept beeping. The room also had a musty smell to it.

This was our second time here, but this time with snow—believe it or not! It’s a rare sight, but a true miracle happened on Destin Beach. The breakfast was decent, with eggs and hot coffee to start the day. Since we visited during the snowfall, everything looked absolutely beautiful, like a winter wonderland on the White Coast. The beach is within walking distance from the hotel, making it a convenient spot. The rooms were clean, and both the indoor and outdoor pools were heated, which was perfect for the chilly 28-degree weather. This hotel is a hidden gem—close to everything, clean, offering breakfast, and all at a reasonable price. I’ll definitely be coming back next time!

I have no complaints; there was nothing I didn’t like about this hotel. It’s very good! The free toothpaste was broken.

The rooms were clean, beds were comfortable. They have two small pools and a hot tub. Walking distance to beach, food, shops.

I’ve been staying here for the past 10 years. You can tell over the years, the hotel is getting older and outdated. However, they are improving it with updated furniture and paint. Location has been been the best park and it’s a good place for kids. There’s an indoor and outdoor pool and go-cart/play area right next door.

More staff seems to be needed. They seemed to have a lot of people, but the staff just moved so slowly. The front desk, breakfast attendant and room attendant. Hopefully it was just an off-weekend for them.

It really is in the center of everything on the strip. Joe's crab shack and Bubba Gump shrimp company are right beside it. There is also a go kart track next to it as well.

The breakfast wasn't really all that. The make your own waffle was the best. The eggs and sausages seem to have a ( not real ) type of feel to them. The juice seemed to be the frozen concentrated stuff that needed to thaw out. Just all around the breakfast wasn't great. The bread, a few of the bagels, and muffins were stale.

The location was great (just across the street from the ocean - a short 5 minute walk). It was centrally located from shopping, restaurants and tourist activities.

The balcony room was nice, but so bright at night. There was an automatic light that came on that couldn't be turned off, and the extremely bright parking lot lights shined a spotlight on the balcony. We were disappointed with the breakfasts offered. My husband has Celiac disease and they offered biscuits and gravy two out of the three days we were there. He cannot have things made with flour.

Loved the location and it was a great value! Loved that there was a hot tub and 2 pools. The breakfast lady was exceptionally friendly. The beds were so comfortable!

I didn't like that you had to ask for housekeeping. When we did ask for it, it was the bare minimum. We stayed for 9 days...a change of sheets would have been nice. Breakfast was okay, just wish there would have been different selections other than the same things every other day.
