Nice and quiet hotel, friendly staff, very good breakfast with some hot and cold dishes, pastries. The room was on a small side but functional and felt ok for a short stay. Same with courtyard parking, a bit squeezed but everyone seem to have fit at the end.

One drawback of the hotel is its location, some 30 min walk to the beach and 20 min to central part of the town with restaurants etc. But it feels like it is factored in the B&B price so overall the hotel provides a very good value.

Price/quality ratio - good. Peaceful neighborhood. Located near main street, but room windows were facing side street which had almost no traffic, so no disturbing street noise, even when windows were open. 15 minute walk from bus station. Supermarkets in 10-15 minutes walking distance. In the room was a fridge, air conditioner. WIFI was good. Breakfast was OK, but no big selection or quantities because it is a small hotel.

Old/vintage building, so wooden stairs creaked. Sounds from the corridor were well heard in the room (however did not heard neighbors, not sure if neighboring rooms were occupied or not). No water kettle in the room. On homepage is written that from reception is possible to get kettle, microwave, hairdryer, but this was not mentioned at check in, nor did not notice such information in the room. Room too small for a family trip (OK for a couple or single traveler). Breakfast only 2 hours (on weekend 9.00 - 11.00 o'clock).

We were able to book a stay last minute which was no problem for Villa Eeden. The room was cozy and had everything necessary. We were excited for the included breakfast and it really was worth it, we could choose whatever and how much we wanted from the table, and the choice of foods was really good. The property was a bit far from the beach but we did not mind a little walk. There was free parking available.

+ the lady at the reception was very friendly and informative + breakfast was good and had some fresh fruit and vegetables too + location was pretty good (many grocery stores nearby and about 15min walk to the old town

- the building is old which probably was the reason our bathroom smelled damp and the smell got even worse after we took a shower. I don't think I could have stayed there for any longer than for 1 night like we did - the locks were a bit tricky to use at first

We enjoyed Villa Eden for one night. We had booked two rooms with our kids aged 16, 12, 3 and 2. We had not requested a travel bed for small kids but it was provided when asked. Also extra blankets were given to use as a matress in kids travel bed. Ac worked so well. We slept really well! The breakfast was absolutely wonderful. Nothing was missing from it. Parking was free.

There was not hair drier in the room. Just a small minus.

Very stylish room with wooden floor and pannelling and an art nouveau decor (the photos on Booking.com don't do it justice, actually). Coffee and tea are freely available in the hallway. The breakfast selection is surprisingly large and varied for such a small hotel, including delicious omelette. The hotel is located in a quiet neighbourhood with free parking, but both the city centre and beach are within walking distance.

The bathroom is rather small and cramped. The breakfast was only available from 9:00 o'clock (on Sunday), which is late if you have lots of activities planned for the day.

The hotel and the room were tidy. Parking in the fenced yard available. Breakfast included in the price was basic, but sufficient. Air con in the room (even though no possibility to adjust it yourself). Excellent for one night stop.

The walls are fairly thin, so not for light sleepers.

Everything was great, very nice English speaking staff, comfortable beds, there is a small kitchenette that guests can use with microwave, and coffee/tea making kettles, tasty breakfast, and very lovely terrace outside!

Nothing - we are happy with everything about the place!

Generally ok, soft bed, relativley close to center, parking in garden, sufficient breakfast option (except no fresh juice and machine coffe:-)

no dark shades on windows/curtains - summer nights are not dark here, shower cabin with curtains, water spills over bathroom.

Lovely staff. Really sweet and kind and knowledgeable. Check in was easy. Room was decent size and bed was comfortable. AC was very much appreciated. Location was great. Interesting art.

Limited check in hours could have been disastrous but worked out. We booked a non refundable room before knowing that we had to arrive by 8pm (no mention of this on booking site). Room smelt strongly of mustard when we arrived but a few minutes with the windows open cleared it out
