Surprisingly nice and our family room for 4 ppl with bunk bed was quite recently renovated. I liked the spa's cavern/canyon design. Did not try other amenities.

- Room did not have aircon and got hot even in a more humid day, but luckily did have large window so could be ventilated in the classical way. - Breakfast contents and service ok but the breakfast area acoustics and feel were much less refined, more a school lunch than a spa. Could improve a lot. - One needs to be very alert w small kids at the spa. Lots of corners, sudden drops both in and out of pools and dim lighting makes it a challenging environment. - The hotel area is an 1980s maze.

Great paying method in spa bar, great welcome gifts at the room mini bar. As a woman, I really appreciated the sink area in the bathroom. A lot of space for makeup products and other stuff. Nice variety of saunas (salt, aroma, snow, 85*, 90*, 100*).

We paid extra 18€ per person (36€ in total) for dinner, but for that price we expected a little bit more. There was only one type of meat sauce (goulash) and chicken (drumstick). The pasta was cold although we came exactly when dinner started (exactly at 17:00). Got a feeling that there were some leftovers from the breakfast. Also a little bit too expensive spa bar (but cocktails were okay). The hair dryer smelled like burn already from the begging and after that, it burned a little bit of my hair. It’s old and definitely needs to be changed. Also, good to know before - the spa bar opens at 15/16:00.

The bed was comfy, room was warm (visited during the winter) and the huge, thick curtains meant sleeping in easier. The spa facilities were alright and the spa bar was affordable. What the breakfast lacked in flavour it (almost) made up for in diversity. There were many choices in terms of vegetables, hot dishes and even desserts - first time i have seen a breakfast buffet serve ice cream

The vegetables and meat dishes served at breakfast were quite bland and of a lower quality. The hotel itself is not very cozy and the colours are not exactly inviting. The hotel also did not have that many facilities or things to do outside the spa, aside from more kids-friendly activities. It may be a great place for a family trip, but a bit less so for childless couples. Also, no kettle in the room was a big minus.

Easy access to spa. The spa facilities were phenomenal. Towels and robes provided, purchase snacks and drinks at the spa bar with wristband, lovely saunas (I love the juniper one) and nice long whirlpool. Floating toys for kids. Small dry playroom in the hotel area too. The bar on site has exceptionally good food, and very reasonably priced drinks. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

Spa opens at 10. Would be great if it opened at 8 for early risers and so you can use it for longer before checking out. Although you can use it for additional time after checkout, I prefer to shower in room. Also, I don't personally like that the room showers that aren't enclosed as they get the whole bathroom floor wet.

Fantastic location, friendly staff, good prices, interesting SPA zone with a lot of different saunas and a bar. You will find what to do here for sure! It was 4th time here and we will come back more and more. Thank you!

We were here for 4th time, and only two things are mentioned here as not good. No A/C in rooms, it is crazy hot, impossible to sleep in summer time. And second thing is size of bed, quite small for me, but this is my private minus.

We recently had a wonderful stay at a spa hotel with our family, and it was absolutely fantastic! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making everyone feel at home. The spa area was perfect – the pools, saunas, and relaxation zones were impeccable, and the atmosphere was incredibly peaceful. The staff was friendly and attentive, always ready to assist. The breakfast was delicious and varied, catering to both adults and children. We highly recommend this place as an ideal destination for a relaxing family getaway!

Room was cozy, had everything I needed for one night stay. Liked the spa area, we stayed there several hours. Breakfast tasted good and had great variety. Friend’s husband forgot swimming clothes, but luckily they sold at the property, they had several colours and numbers even for big guys.

- It is August and 23 degrees outside. With that kind of weather second floor, my room and my friend’s room had a lack of air in this facility - but the positive thing was, we could open windows. - No discount for booking the room just for one person. Positive side is that it’s one of the cheapest spas in the area.

We often visit parnu and our choice of hotel is the Viiking spa. Fantastic facilities and would certainly come back and recommend. But next time we will take a standard room in the main building rather than the apartment.

This time we booked the apartment, what we didn’t know is that the apartment is not part of the main building and is a 3/5min walk down the street. This isn’t convenient when going to and from the pool/ spa area particularly with a baby. Furthermore, the room was full of spiders and cobwebs. We got the feeling that it hadn’t been used in some time.

Good and hearty breakfast, lots of choices. The rooms are modern and the bathrooms are in good condition. There is enough space in the parking lot. The spa also offers ample space and a variety of options, both in the saunas and in the different types of bubble baths. About a 15-minute walk to the city centre.

Long and winding corridors to the spa, including stairs. People coming to the spa should wash themselves more carefully before going to the spa!

This SPA is very interesting for kids because of its style. SPA area looks like a cave with very interesting solutions for swimming. It is a bar here also, so you can get something for a drink. Hotel located in very nice area, it is a little bit away from crowded area with tourists so it is nice to walk around and enjoy the silence. Also this place is so nice for runners. Parking also is available, and it doesn't cost much.

The room I had was ok, but it looked like it is a time to fresh up the interior. Also in room I had, there was no AC, so already starting with early morning it was too hot there.
