I don’t know how many times we’ve been to Wasa, but it never disappoints. Every stay has been exceptional. The rooms are always spotless, the atmosphere is welcoming, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Every detail is thought through, making it the perfect place for a relaxing getaway. Nice spa & sauna area! And don’t even get me started on the breakfast – it’s simply unbeatable! A perfect way to start the day. Every visit feels like a treat, and we can’t wait to come back again!

I liked my girlfriend who traveled with me. A lot. However, we fought a little bit. But it turned out that I was wrong. So we made up and I started liking her even more. Besides the girlfriend, I liked the hotel. The room was bright and spacious. The breakfast selection was very good (delicious pancakes). Had a wonderful time at a SPA area.

I didn't like that I created a drama with my girlfriend. I want to change. And I will change. Other than that I liked everything.

The best part of our stay was that it felt absolutely exclusive - both days my husband, baby and I were completely alone in the spa. Amazing feeling. Dog friendly, so we could bring our buddy with us. Also, staying offseason on a weekday makes the experience more affordable, great money/offer ratio!

It was super cold at night. At some point at night the healing switched off and was completely cold (even though we turned it to 4). Outside was +1. We had to took our baby from the cot and put it asleep in the big bed, which made me stay up almost all night. Also, some false information in the room description: there were no slippers, no dishwasher and by free toiletries they mean 2in1 body/hair gel in the shower (even not near the sink) and a shower cap. After the pool and sauna skin is too tight so a body lotion for a 4 star hotel would be nice to have as well.

Everything was very clean including room and spa, stuff was nice, spa water was very comfortable temperature.

WHO THOUGHT THAT ORGANISING KID SWIMMING LESSONS IS GOOD IDEA IN SPA POOL? Kids are extremely loud, they splash water on other clients. I couldn’t relax at all. I think bringing kids to the spa should be forbidden, but even if you let kids inside, WHY SWIMMING LESONS? I believe in Pärnu there are more appropriate places for that. This made my experience in spa terrible. I wanted to relax in silence in spa, not kindergarten. I am so angry about this

The place is new, very nice and modern. The rooms are big, clean, with a good bathroom and comfortable bed. And most importantly, despite the presence of families with children, it is very quiet! The spa is very good, included in the room price. The spa bar has beer and smoothies and various free flavored waters. But the most important thing is the incredible breakfast! I travel a lot and very rarely experience such delight from food. The coffee is awesome, red fish and lots of cheese, amazing pastries. It's very good!

Quite far from any places with food, and the food in the restaurant is expensive. We ordered McDonald's :D Parking on site is paid, but there are free spaces nearby. Better park there. The spa is sometimes packed with families with children who decide to play ball with them or splash around. A spa is a spa, not a water park.

Fantastic location, close to the beach. Bed was big and comfortable; selection of pillows. Staff were very friendly and helpful! Excellent service in reception. Spa pool was fantastic with a beautiful view to the garden, drink service.

Bathroom had a bad smell which the hotel tried to deal with by extra cleaning but it was clear it was a plumbing issue. Breakfast was so-so, not much for children except pancakes and muffins which seemed to come from a package, not freshly prepared. Fruit selection was also poor

The resort was very clean, the staff was very friendly and the variety and quality of breakfast was amazing. The SPA is nice, and it has all the amenities (three saunas, jacuzzi, swimming pool), and it was very cozy and enjoyable. Bathrobes and towels for accessing the SPA were available in the room. The rooms were big and clean, and the staff was very nice. As I travelled for work and I had a lot of shirts and suits with me, I highly appreciated the availability of iron and ironing board in the room.

Really good spa hotel, we are third time here.

Hotel restaurant became just awful and by the way quite expensive. No way you can keep this quality of food in a hotel. After spa you want to stay for dinner inside, not to go to the city. One year ago restaurant was like 4/5, but now it’s simply 2/5. At Saturday evening it was almost empty, but year ago you had to book a table. Disappointed.

Loved the hotel, about a 10 minute walk to the main town centre and 5 minutes to the beach. We had a nice comfortable room and spa access included in the price. The spa facilities were great and we would have like to have been able to take more advantage of them, but we were short on time. The breakfast was varied and of a good quality, very tasty on the whole.

The beds were a little uncomfortable. In the bathroom, it was like a wet room. When in the shower the drain was very slow and the water went everywhere as it flowed out of the enclosure even though we only stayed in the shower for as short a time as possible. There was a squeegee to clear the water, but the drains do need addressing.

Very good breakfast, a lot of possibilities. Maybe a little inconvenient to have to stand in line at the buffet table. From 7 to 10 am. You can enjoy breakfast inside or on the terrace. Friendly stuff and good SPA (3 saunas, jakuzzi, pool), sunbeds, drinking water, towels and robe.

No kettle in the room (only in luxury rooms). Even in worst hotels are kettle in the room. No special toiletries in the bathroom (if I worked in marketing, I would definitely make sure that every room has special hygiene products (shampoo, hair conditioner, hand cream) from a local brand) maybe this is an good idea for the future to represent Estonia and WASA SPA.
