The hotel is amazing! It’s nice, clean and the staffs are very helpful. I had an accident where I got scammed by the travel agency and needed to get a cab to come back at 11pm. I had no internet connection because the location was very remote, so I had to asked my friend who were in the US to contact the hotel. They were super helpful to get us a cab and saved us in the middle of the night. I’m very thankful for their help!

Wish they should have introduced the trustworthy travel agency when we first asked (the female staff was not there, the male staff introduced his friend’s shop which we didn’t think it’s a good choice so we needed up choosing another one, but that one turned out to be a disaster too)

The location was great, and most of the staff were accommodating. Breakfast was filling, offering eggs, arepas, coffee or chocolate, and fresh juice. We were able to store our bags before and after check-out, which was very helpful.

Our room (I think it was #3) was a bit disappointing for the price. The decor was lacking compared to the rooms photographed on the website. The ceiling fan only had one setting (high), which made one fear it would break or fly off. Likewise, the air conditioner was old and noisy, but it did work. The bathroom would have been more comfortable with shampoo and body wash dispensers. Nonetheless, it had a small refrigerator and ample storage space for our belongings. The Internet was relatively stable, considering the location. For a place to sleep, it was more than adequate.

Nothing to complain about, everything was great, woman at reception was super helpful, helped us with information, translation, and ideas. As well she organized laundry service for us, clothes were ready next morning, and price was very adequate. Very interesting breakfast which is cooked for you on the spot at rooftop cafeteria. Location was very good, everything is walking distance from there, but if needed you are next to main street and just raise your arm, and TukTuk will pick you up. Definetely suggesting.

We were a little apprehensive when we arrived as the hotel is located on a busier street that we expected. I thought the hotel was more secluded than that. But our room (#3) was at the rear of the hotel and we did not hear any street noise. The room was basic, but good value for the price and worked very well for our family of 4. It was clean and the bathroom, while basic, was adequate. The kids really loved the towel art! Breakfast was very good, with an assortment of fruit and cooked dishes daily. Freshly made juices and coffee was served. Customer service was top notch. They helped us with booking tours, restaurant recommendations and even got us a taxi to the airport. Amazing. Caveat - everyone only spoke Spanish. Wifi was very weak and hardly worked in our room.

Location. I didn't expect it to be on such a busy street and I didn't expect Leticia to hav eso much traffic.

The hotel is located in the perfect place near restaurants, shops and everything you might need. The rooms are comfortable, spacious and clean. The breakfast was tasty and the staff, specially Shirley all were amazing.

I really liked the staff. I spent only one night in Leticia on my way to San Martin and the man in the reception informed me about a lot of free activities in Leticia Moreover I really liked how they cared about ecoturism and informed me about their measures Plus I loved their cat Marcel <3

I love the focus on the environment, and the decor is very cool and fitting for the locale. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

No internet at all (not unusual for the area to have poor internet, but most have something) and the room had only one electrical outlet and that was used with a converter by the refrigerator. there was one other plug, but it was the old style that requires a converter which isn’t provided and I haven’t traveled with in decades.

Very clean and comfortable hotel in a fantastic location. Staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating and very patient with my husband and I who do not speak Spanish. Thank you for a fantastic stay!!

Extremely helpful, friendly staff. Good location in Leticia before or after jungle tours or onward travel, nice air conditioning and a lovely balcony for people watching. Complementary water in reception.

We weren’t there to watch TV, but the set was extremely old and only had a couple of very fuzzy channels. Bathroom was private but separate to the bedroom, which was a bit inconvenient.

The personel at the hotel remember about ecology and are very nice and helpful. Rooms are nice and clean and localisation is very good. We really enjoyed our stay
