Great peaceful location with lovely views over the hills and surrounding countryside. Relaxing outdoor grounds and swimming pool. Reception staff were very friendly and gave excellent suggestions of places to visit. We enjoyed rock pool swimming in a couple of great locations thanks to the recommendations.

Buffet breakfast wasn’t the best but an adequate selection. A small area so needed to be topped up more regularly at peak hours.

Very little details that need a bit of renovation and maintenance. The staff is super helping and cheerful always but we notice they are small in number so almost everytime we saw them taking carr of multiple responsibilities. A tiny tilt in management would help!

The main bed was really good, the receptionist was very helpful on the arrival and the location was as expected and the breakfast was on a really pleasant space with a great view.

The Room was good, but we did found two dust centipede and the sofa bed was not straight, it was not comfortable and had only one pillow for two kids.

Staff was absolutely excellent, all very friendly and professional. Mr Fernando in the restaurant was particularly attentive and made our dinning experience better. Breakfast was very good - continental style. But dinner was heavenly - absolutely delicious food and very high quality. Would 100% recommend you book your stay with dinner included! Views from the bedroom are amazing with floor to ceiling glass. The scenery surrounding the hotel is beautiful with fantastic landscapes. Shower in the bedroom is great with massage jets!

Floor carpet throughout is beige but looks stained, which is a shame as it impacts first impressions of hotel. Indoor pool water could be a warmer. Fire doors are propped open with door stoppers which defeats their purpose and will render them useless if there’s a fire in the hotel.

The room was spacious and very comfortable. Towels and bedding smelt nice. Convenient access to pool area and grass from room. Excellent views. Sauna was perfect! Breakfast was very good. Staff were mostly friendly. Food prices reasonable.

The indoor swimming pool and spa water could have been warmer. Staff didn’t speak much English. There was a bit of a miscommunication about room service. First night we could order and second night were almost not able to as the restaurant was fully booked. No menu in the room as I guess they don’t like to offer it.

The surroundings are beautiful, in the middle of nature. The spa facilities are very good, the restaurant is also great. The beds are beyond comfortable, best sleep guaranteed. The staff is very friendly too.

The hotel needs a bit of refurbishment, that’s the only note I’d say.

The room was big and comfortable. Also very quiet. The breakfast was Excellent. Location superb !

The restaurant/breakfast was very cold. We reported to the receptionist, which replied they were aware of the issue. It will be fixed soon.

Breakfast is ok if only staying for 1 or 2 nights, we were there for 6 so a little bit repetitive. The staff were fab especially Owen, lovely young man.

The pool wasn’t maintained daily it had worms in it. Building work being carried out on site next to pool.

The room was excellent, good size, clean and comfortable. The spa facilities and pool were really nice, always crowded but very good. Nice breakfast service.

The location, it’s in beautiful spot, with really great views, the pools are really good, the hotel stuff are really good, everything about the was good

The bed, not really comfortable
