Breakfast service was very slow if you selected from menu, but there was a breakfast buffet with various selections of fruits, pastries, cheeses etc which were delicious and more than adequate.

The breakfast was great and the overall quality of everything is above average.

Although it feels very secluded, it can't get quite noisy during the day due to the proximity to the road. I also did not like the fact that there was no bathroom in the pool area. Extremely expensive for what you get in my opinion, although top quality. It is great, but too expensive for a vacation in the north of Portugal.

Cosy, beautiful, full of nature. The decoration is very pretty, a nice blend of vintage and modern. So calm and relaxing :)

Unique stay - best parts were the meals - exceptional, and the spa experience. Staff were outstanding and always helpful.

The property felt a bit in need of maintenance overall, but clean and lovely.

I cannot say enough good things about this charming little hotel. Only a one night stay and I wish it had been longer. The staff, the grounds, the rooms, the decorations, the views, and everything else about it far exceeded my expectations.

From arrival to departure the place and the staff were amazing. We ate dinner here and are vegetarians. Incredible food and service. Awesome.

unique, art lovers dream, comfortable, not overcrowded in Sept

you can hear road noise/traffic - visually an oasis so surprised to hear cars when getting my massage . our room smelled a bit musty at check-in & the fabrics felt almost damp (they weren’t actually wet). we opened the door & that helped!

Completely unique and eclectic! Room was superb and extremely comfortable. Every little detail was well thought out. Staff and food were first class. Would love to come back for another stay. Worth going out of your way for.

Nothing at all. The place is wonderful.

I like how it’s open and I like how we have a view of the sunset. It’s also spacious.

I didn’t like how there was a lack of amenities such as water and a minibar.

Decent sized room with comfortable bed. Comfortable and welcoming public areas. Very good dinner. Friendly helpful staff. Quirky interior decoration.
