The position right on the beach was the best feature of the hotel. It was very clean and the cleaners were lovely and always said hello. Reception staff were very helpful and when I asked for shower attachment to wall could be mended they sorted it the same day. I could have coffee and toast with cheese and ham in the bar area rather than have full buffet breakfast . Bed was very comfortable with clean bedding.

No kettle and coffee/ tea making facilities in room. I saw other reviews so took a travel kettle. TV only showed Spanish TV no English channels. I didnt use the pool as it was too cold to go in fully. Only children used it whilst I was there probably as other adults felt the same. It was right at the end of the area so a long walk to where most of bars and restaurants in Torrox were.

Best location. Out the back onto the beach. Halfway between two cities but with wonderful village vibe. Value for money couldn't be better. The receptionists are so lovely. Communication with the hotel was very good.

I thought dinner was a bit on the expensive side at €20, for basically a menu del dia. But it is a very small downside as everything else is wonderful. I hope to go back often.

Our flight due to land at 9.40pm was two hours late ,the hotel is almost an hour from airport so it was after midnight when we got there. The staff had kept food for us ! Never before have i had this happen,really nice touch. The hotel is right on the beach,just walk through the garden by the pool and the boardwalk to the beach...shower outside the gate so no sand brought back in, the garden has artificial grass and excellent quality, comfy sunloungers. The hotel is spotlessly clean, our room was serviced every day. Our stay was 22nd to 30th October so the area is extremely quiet, nothing happening unless you get the bus in to Santa Rosa. Beautiful sea front/promanade walks for miles, some nice restuarants on it,again very few open due to season. Fabulous place for chill out.

Let's talk food ! Breakfast was really good ,lots of choice, everything fresh and tasty. I wasn't there for lunch so can't comment. However i was there for dinner....the chicken,meat,fish were all lovely,really nice but so,so badly presented by the fact that there was just a handful of chips on the plate with it. The only offer of veg was what looked like saute courgettes, while on the menu it was seldom on the plate. No colour,no sauces,no garnish.,no rice,no pasta,no salad,no potatoes.....nothing !! Extremely disappointing. Desserts were also a let down. I honestly couldn't recommend dinner,bland and boring.

Beach front. View to the sea. Swimming pool & sun beds. Had a lift. Large lounge area by reception .

For me it was too far away from the center of Torrox . You needed a bus every time to go anywhere. Very limited cafes & Bars on the main road until I found the Promenade between the beach & the line of Hotels & Apartments. Lots of Bars & cafes . I was not told they were there. Glad I found them .

Our room had an excellent southerly aspect directly overlooking the beach. The staff were top class, friendly and efficient. There is 24 hour concierge cover.

The room safe was broken. The maintenance man spent ages trying to fix it unsuccessfully. The internet was not secure, but when I mentioned this to the reception staff they connected me to the office wifi which was excellent. Room to room soundproofing was poor. This was annoying as a guest in the next room made late night and early morning phone calls. There was an empty space for a fridge but no fridge or welcome tray.

location excellent, food excellent, staff friendly/ helpful/ local people & families used the hotel which is always a good sign , nice ambiance to the place, fabulous views from both sides of hotel, sea one side and mountains on other side, pool area well organised

where my room was located at front of hotel beside the main road it was noisy from traffic and locals coming home late at night, also the hotel wi fi was poor and intermittent, , staff tried to help and put me on their office wi fi but made little difference, could not find any English speaking news or entertainment channels on tv

Staff were very helpful and cheerful. We ate breakfast and dinner there on one occasion and the food was very good.

Very quiet just before Easter weekend . Lovely hotel and basic room but very comfortable . Breakfast was nice with lots of options .
