Room was large with a couch. Check-in was quick and front desk man was very friendly at our 12:15am Check-in. Facilities very well taken care of and was quiet. Will definitely stay here on our next trip! Also pet friendly, which is a plus for such a nice hotel.

Only thing we noticed was that the wall in the entry to the room was pretty dirty and looked like soda or dirty water splashed on the wall from the floor up about 2 feet. Otherwise, nothing that we didn't like.

Warm cookies upon arrival. Bed was super comfortable. The indoor pool was in use. Breakfast was amazing. It had everything but a champagne fountain and smoked salmon. The front desk personnel were very friendly and the woman in charge of the breakfast should open her own restaurant. She was a delight to talk to and you could tell that she was proud of her creation. We would definitely return.

The Breakfast was excellent. There was a good variety of Breakfast food and everyone was very helpful. The work out room was well kept and easy to use the treadmill. Everyone at the front desk were very helpful.

It meet my expectations. Recommend you continue with the reasonable rate. Also, continue to provide a workout room and a pool. Finally, continue to provide a breakfast with many choices.

It has all the stuff one can't carry in a vacation: iron, hair blower., a gym and a pool It had a great price and it was clean.

Somebody wrote on the bathroom mirror 'pickaboo, I can see you". When I got out of the shower and the mirror was all steamy the message showed off. It crapped me out, honestly, on the moment. I don't think anybody cleaned that mirror. In a while. I forgot to tell at the front desk next morning that maybe their cleaning stuff should be more thorrow when they clean.

Location for me was great, close to Walmart ( convenient for me - I am from Australia & love Walmart) My room was clean and quiet even though I was next to the lift. Breakfast was simple but ample. The dining area was clean.

There is nowhere to sit and wait outside. I think it would be great idea to have a bench seat outside for when waiting for your ride.

We liked the stay overall. The young man at the front desk when we checked out was very good at customer service. He was friendly and attentive to what was asked.

The young lady at the front desk was not very interested in her job. She was more interested in what she didn't have to do than in what she was supposed to be doing (customer service).

The room was clean and comfortable. The room was a good size. The fridge and microwave were nice to have. The breakfast was very good! It had eggs, bacon, biscuits, gravy, breads, waffle maker, yogurt, and cereals! The breakfast area was clean and well tended to!

The bathroom was just okay with some maintenance needed to the peeling paint.

Convenience to our event. Hot shower and good bed.

Problems with booking when making reservations due to the change of hands from Fairfield to Americinn. I am still trying to get a refund for being double charged.

Bed was comfortable and the room was clean. By far the breakfast was much better than any I’ve had including higher priced hotels!

The property was older so the bathroom grout was discolored but everything functioned as it should.

Upon check in we were greeted by a very friendly front desk person. Our room was very clean,the bed was comfortable and it had a nice large sitting area. The pool and hot tub area was very clean.

Everything was lovely. We will definitely consider staying there again if we ever have to go back to Hays.
