Friendly young man at check in and the woman at breakfast was also very friendly, and the man when we checked out, too. The breakfast was delicious. The room was clean, and I like how the rooms faced the pool and we had easy access to our car and also the dog walk area.

The bathroom was very outdated, but they had updated the room enough to have a microwave and refrigerator in a new piece of furniture.

The staff was very helpful. I left my pillow and they found it and hung onto it until my daughter could pick it up for me. The breakfast included eggs and sausage, so more than just carbs. It backs up to a park which was great for walking our dog. The bed and pillows were comfortable. You can see they are working on improving things that are dated. I liked the layout of the room with a bench seat to be able to sit and take off shoes. There were two sinks one in the bathroom and one just outside the bathroom.

No fruit or yogurt for breakfast, just a personal preference. I've got a thing for corners and edges at hotels that need to be vacuumed or cleaned. This one needs a deep clean with dusty edges and hair behind the door in the bathroom. Shower curtain was kinda grody and could use to be bleached or replaced. But the helpful staff and non carb breakfast options tip the balance .... I'd definitely stay there again.

The Days Inn, has gone through a hotel makeover!! But, so has Hays, KS, in general! And that's always a good thing! So, we've stayed here several different times thru the last 4 years, and what's changed is, a new brunch/lunch place called Breaks eatery! Literally next door.. they have updated there TVs, beds, and decor! A really comfortable sleep, and you can't beat the location!! That's all I can say!! 😁😁

The staff is very helpful and friendly. They listen to requests and accommodate where they can. The location is right off the highway, but far enough you don't hear the noise. The free breakfast is more than enough! Scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, toast, bagels, cereal and waffles and more...

I really don't have any complaints. The places is perfect for a night stay or a couple of nights. They allow dogs for an additional fee. I do wish that other travelers who bring their dogs would clean up after them, but that's not on the hotel.

I needed to stop do laundry get some food and a good night's sleep to finish off my trip the next day. The location has everything I needed and the room was clean the shower was great the bed was very comfortable the staff was friendly and the free breakfast was perfect for the drive out. the location was right off the highway so I was back on schedule with a full tank only a few hours to get to my appointment in Denver.

Checked in the evening of 1/7/24-1/8/24. The gentleman who checked us in was awesome. He gave me some vital information about the KanDrive app. Blizzard came in early on the 8th as we left very early heading west. I apologize I didn’t get his name. That KanDrive app helped us see the storm ahead out west. We made it through and the highway closed behind us both directions due to blizzard. A big shoutout to who checked us in that night. That app he shared with me is what got us through that terrible storm. Thank You!

I was very positively surprised for such a low rate paid (so far the cheapest of all booked nights on my US tour). Room is obviously not "brand new", and I was a ground floor, but it was quite big, clean (no bugs), good WIFI (except at the pool side), and comfortable. Pool is really big compared to usual "motel standards". Breakfast included eggs + sausages as well as usual basis (waffle, cereals..etc.). Really a very good deal for what they offer

Better WIFI connexion at poolside....and would have paid a bit more to get even more "hot items" at breakfast. But again this is an excellent place in regard to the paid rate.

This place is a 5 star 2 star motel... I was blown away at the amenities for the price... night and day difference from the hotel the night before in Rawlings WY. The staff. Perfect The bed excellent Room. Super clean Tv great Shower hot and good pressure Breakfast.. yummy

Complimentary water at check in. 1 bottle on request .. rather then 2.50 vending machine... But the price was excellent so.. I wasn't mad

I loved the layout of the room. I loved how comfortable the king size bed was and if I could have stolen those pillows I would have! Just saying! I was on a ground floor near the front door. I would easily stay here again.

I was woke up after being asleep for about two hours or so by the next door neighbors coming in loudly talking and then he pushed the fob causing their car horn to go off... rude and inconsiderate. I was not able to go back to sleep and later heard them at 0400 being extra noisy with their playtime. They finally did quiet down and it was still awhile before I went back to sleep. This was not the hotel fault. I did tell them about what had occurred though.

It was a nice size room. Check in was fast. Front desk guy was pleasant.

Couldn't see my car from room!! Room looked clean on 1st appearance. . As we left bags and went out. When we returned later in the evening. . And after we came back we noticed that the Bathroom had hair on floor...from previous guests! Noticed napkins not pulled out and disposed of that had fallen in-between bed and night stand. . . And left that were also from previous guests.
