People were really nice and everything was as expected. Decent, clean bed. Plenty of pillows, and a variety of them. Decent breakfast (though I'm not into white flour or meat), it's what most people would like.

I hate disposable everything. This is the hottest year on record, preceded by the last hottest on record, and it goes on and on like that. Our oceans are full of plastic waste.

The breakfast was fine, except there was only ONE yogurt in the cooler with 2 more hours of breakfast time left. Also, only plain oatmeal, They carry flavored oatmeal, but a staff member said they don't put it out so that people will eat the plain up first. Maybe they could put the bulk of oatmeal packets in the flavored variety and a minimum of the plain oatmeal.

the room was clean and comfortable.

we booked a room for 5, there was no extra blanket or pillow for the sofa bed. There was sheets in the closet. We went to the front desk and asked the clerk for the bedding, he was very rude, asking us "did you check" he gave us a pillow and gave us a blanket. When it came time for the showers we needed one more towel and wash cloth, since there was five of us and he acted like we were bothering him.

The hotel staff were amazing. We arrived at the hotel only to realize that we'd accidentally booked for the wrong dates, but the hotel staff went above and beyond to resolve the issue for us even though it was entirely customer error. They managed to find us the single remaining room in the hotel and helped us to cancel the original booking. Everyone we encountered from check-in to check-out were friendly. We'll definitely be staying here again if the opportunity arises.

The breakfast was exactly what we expected. It was good, hot and cooked properly. Dining area was a tad small, but we got to sit with fellow travelers we had never met before. Had a great conversation over coffee.

We found one bedside lamp was not working and it was not the bulb’s fault. Reported it to the front desk as soon as we found out there was a problem. Didn’t get corrected that evening. I reported it again when we checked out and the gentleman behind the counter stated that was the first he had heard of it. Minor irritation on our part.

The room was cool, the beds clean and comfortable.... the bathroom was clean ...loved how the shower was very open and roomy. The staff were kind and thoughtful.

The back door was a little stuck and didn't close very well. The elevator floor needed touching up😉

Breakfast was not very good. Sausage grave was gross and I didn't even try the powdered eggs and sausage patties. Waffles were fun to make and tasted good.

Super easy access to the interstate. The young man checking us in was extremely accommodating and friendly. The room was neat as a pin and the bed was very comfortable.

The only ding was the size of the tv in the room.

The young man at the desk was friendly and very helpful. He was knowledgeable and checked us in quickly. The room and breakfast were both great!

The only thing I noticed was the stairways are in need of some TLC, they just aren't as nice as the rest of the hotel.

It was a nice and fun place to stay, please note that I was sick and just looking for a place to lay down, and I don't remember very much about it - which is good. You remember the "bad" worse than the "good." Will definitely stay again.
